The LORD gave this message to Micah of Moresheth during the years when Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah were kings of Judah. The visions he saw concerned both Samaria and Jerusalem. Grief over Samaria and Jerusalem

Слово Господне, еже бысть ко михею морасфитину, во дни иоафама и ахаза и езекии царей иудиных, о нихже виде о самарии и о Иерусалиме.

Attention! Let all the people of the world listen! Let the earth and everything in it hear. The Sovereign LORD is making accusations against you; the Lord speaks from his holy Temple.

Слышите, людие вси, словеса, и внемли, земле и вси иже на ней, и будет Господь Бог в вас в послушествование, Господь от дому святаго своего.

Look! The LORD is coming! He leaves his throne in heaven and tramples the heights of the earth.

Понеже, се, Господь исходит от места своего, и снидет и наступит на высоты земныя,

The mountains melt beneath his feet and flow into the valleys like wax in a fire, like water pouring down a hill.

и поколеблются горы под ним, и юдоли растают яко воск от лица огня и яко вода сходящи со устремлением.

And why is this happening? Because of the rebellion of Israela — yes, the sins of the whole nation. Who is to blame for Israel’s rebellion? Samaria, its capital city! Where is the center of idolatry in Judah? In Jerusalem, its capital!

Нечестия ради иаковля вся сия и греха ради дому израилева. Кое нечестие дому иаковлю? не самариа ли? и кий грех дому иудина? не Иерусалим ли?

“So I, the LORD, will make the city of Samaria a heap of ruins. Her streets will be plowed up for planting vineyards. I will roll the stones of her walls into the valley below, exposing her foundations.

И положу самарию во овощное хранилище селное и в сад винограда, и развергу в пропасть камение ея, и основания ея открыю:

All her carved images will be smashed. All her sacred treasures will be burned. These things were bought with the money earned by her prostitution, and they will now be carried away to pay prostitutes elsewhere.”

и вся изваянная ея сокрушат, и вся мзды ея запалят огнем, и вся кумиры ея положу в пагубу: понеже от найма блуда собра и от найма блужения соврати.

Therefore, I will mourn and lament. I will walk around barefoot and naked. I will howl like a jackal and moan like an owl.

Сего ради возрыдает и восплачется, пойдет боса и нага, сотворит плачь аки змиев и рыдание аки дщерей сиринских:

For my people’s wound is too deep to heal. It has reached into Judah, even to the gates of Jerusalem.

яко одержа язва ея, понеже прииде даже до иуды и коснуся до врат людий моих даже до Иерусалима.

Don’t tell our enemies in Gathb; don’t weep at all. You people in Beth-leaphrah,c roll in the dust to show your despair.

уже в гефе, не величайтеся, и иенакимляне, не сограждайте из дому на посмеяние, перстию посыплите посмеяние ваше.

You people in Shaphir,d go as captives into exile — naked and ashamed. The people of Zaanane dare not come outside their walls. The people of Beth-ezelf mourn, for their house has no support.

Обитающая добре во градех своих, не изыде живущая в сеннааре, плачитеся дому (сущаго) близ ея, приимет от вас язву болезней.

The people of Marothg anxiously wait for relief, but only bitterness awaits them as the LORD’s judgment reaches even to the gates of Jerusalem.

Кто нача во благая вселившейся в болезнех, яко снидоша злая от Господа на врата Иерусалимля,

Harness your chariot horses and flee, you people of Lachish.h You were the first city in Judah to follow Israel in her rebellion, and you led Jerusalemi into sin.

шум колесниц и конников: живущая в лахисе началница греха та есть дщери сиони, яко в тебе обретошася нечестия израилева.

Send farewell gifts to Moresheth-gathj; there is no hope of saving it. The town of Aczibk has deceived the kings of Israel.

Сего ради даст посылаемыя даже до наследия гефова, домы суетны, вотще быша царем израилевым,

O people of Mareshah,l I will bring a conqueror to capture your town. And the leadersm of Israel will go to Adullam.

дондеже наследники приведу тебе, живущая в лахисе, наследие даже до одоллама приидет, слава дщере сиони.

Oh, people of Judah, shave your heads in sorrow, for the children you love will be snatched away. Make yourselves as bald as a vulture, for your little ones will be exiled to distant lands.

Оброснися и остризися по чадех своих младых: разшири оброснение твое яко орел, понеже пленени быша от тебе.
