The LORD gave this message to Micah of Moresheth during the years when Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah were kings of Judah. The visions he saw concerned both Samaria and Jerusalem. Grief over Samaria and Jerusalem

Слово Господа, которое было к Михею морасфитянину в дни Иоафама, Ахаза и Езекии, царей иудейских, и которое открыто ему о Самарии и Иерусалиме.

Attention! Let all the people of the world listen! Let the earth and everything in it hear. The Sovereign LORD is making accusations against you; the Lord speaks from his holy Temple.

Слушайте, все народы, внимай, земля и все, что наполняет ее! Да будет Господь Бог свидетелем против вас, Господь из святого храма Своего!

Look! The LORD is coming! He leaves his throne in heaven and tramples the heights of the earth.

Ибо вот, Господь выходит от места Своего, низойдет и наступит на высоты земли —

The mountains melt beneath his feet and flow into the valleys like wax in a fire, like water pouring down a hill.

и горы растают под Ним, долины распадутся, как воск от огня, как воды, льющиеся с крутизны.

And why is this happening? Because of the rebellion of Israela — yes, the sins of the whole nation. Who is to blame for Israel’s rebellion? Samaria, its capital city! Where is the center of idolatry in Judah? In Jerusalem, its capital!

Все это — за нечестие Иакова, за грех дома Израилева. От кого нечестие Иакова? Не от Самарии ли? Кто устроил высоты в Иудее? Не Иерусалим ли?

“So I, the LORD, will make the city of Samaria a heap of ruins. Her streets will be plowed up for planting vineyards. I will roll the stones of her walls into the valley below, exposing her foundations.

«За то сделаю Самарию грудой развалин в поле, местом для разведения винограда; низрину в долину камни ее и обнажу основания ее.

All her carved images will be smashed. All her sacred treasures will be burned. These things were bought with the money earned by her prostitution, and they will now be carried away to pay prostitutes elsewhere.”

Все истуканы ее будут разбиты, и все дары за блуд ее сожжены будут огнем, и всех идолов ее предам разрушению, ибо из любодейных даров она устраивала их, на любодейные дары они и будут обращены».

Therefore, I will mourn and lament. I will walk around barefoot and naked. I will howl like a jackal and moan like an owl.

Об этом буду я плакать и рыдать, буду ходить как ограбленный и обнаженный, выть, как шакалы, и плакать, как страусы,

For my people’s wound is too deep to heal. It has reached into Judah, even to the gates of Jerusalem.

потому что болезненно поражение ее, дошло до Иуды, достигло даже до ворот народа моего, до Иерусалима.

Don’t tell our enemies in Gathb; don’t weep at all. You people in Beth-leaphrah,c roll in the dust to show your despair.

Не объявляйте об этом в Гефе, не плачьте там громко; но в селении Офра покрой себя пеплом.

You people in Shaphir,d go as captives into exile — naked and ashamed. The people of Zaanane dare not come outside their walls. The people of Beth-ezelf mourn, for their house has no support.

Переселяйтесь, жительницы Шафира, срамно обнаженные; не убежит и живущая в Цаане; плач в селении Ецель не даст вам остановиться в нем.

The people of Marothg anxiously wait for relief, but only bitterness awaits them as the LORD’s judgment reaches even to the gates of Jerusalem.

Горюет о своем добре жительница Марофы, ибо сошло бедствие от Господа к воротам Иерусалима.

Harness your chariot horses and flee, you people of Lachish.h You were the first city in Judah to follow Israel in her rebellion, and you led Jerusalemi into sin.

Запрягай в колесницу быстрых, жительница Лахиса; ты — начало греха дочери Сиона, ибо у тебя появились преступления Израиля.

Send farewell gifts to Moresheth-gathj; there is no hope of saving it. The town of Aczibk has deceived the kings of Israel.

Поэтому ты посылать будешь дары в Морешеф-Геф; но селения Ахзива будут обманом для царей Израилевых.

O people of Mareshah,l I will bring a conqueror to capture your town. And the leadersm of Israel will go to Adullam.

Еще наследника приведу к тебе, жительница Мореша; он пройдет до Одоллама, славы Израиля.

Oh, people of Judah, shave your heads in sorrow, for the children you love will be snatched away. Make yourselves as bald as a vulture, for your little ones will be exiled to distant lands.

Сними с себя волосы, остригись, скорбя о нежно любимых сынах твоих; расширь из-за них лысину, как у линяющего орла, ибо они переселены будут от тебя.
