Начало евангелия Иисуса Христа, Сына Божьего.

This is the Good News about Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God.a It began

У пророка Исайи написано: «Впереди Тебя посылаю вестника. Он приготовит Тебе дорогу.

just as the prophet Isaiah had written: “Look, I am sending my messenger ahead of you, and he will prepare your way.b

Голос, взывающий в пустыне: приготовьте путь Господу, проложите Ему прямую дорогу!».

He is a voice shouting in the wilderness, ‘Prepare the way for the LORD’s coming! Clear the road for him!’c”

Так пришел Иоанн Креститель. Он в пустыне возвещал крещение покаяния с отпущением грехов.

This messenger was John the Baptist. He was in the wilderness and preached that people should be baptized to show that they had repented of their sins and turned to God to be forgiven.

И шла к нему вся Иудея с жителями Иерусалима. Все крестились у него в реке Иордан, исповедуясь в грехах.

All of Judea, including all the people of Jerusalem, went out to see and hear John. And when they confessed their sins, he baptized them in the Jordan River.

Иоанн носил рубаху из верблюжьей шерсти и кожаную опояску и питался акридами и диким медом.

His clothes were woven from coarse camel hair, and he wore a leather belt around his waist. For food he ate locusts and wild honey.

Он возвещал: «За мной идет Тот, кто сильнее меня. Я не гожусь даже на то, чтобы нагнуться и развязать Ему на сандалиях ремни.

John announced: “Someone is coming soon who is greater than I am — so much greater that I’m not even worthy to stoop down like a slave and untie the straps of his sandals.

Я крещу вас водой, а Он будет крестить вас Святым Духом».

I baptize you withd water, but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit!”

Так было в те дни: пришел Иисус из Назарета, что в Галилее, и крестился в Иордане у Иоанна.

One day Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee, and John baptized him in the Jordan River.

Лишь только Он вышел из воды, увидел: открылись небеса и на Него сошел голубем Святой Дух.

As Jesus came up out of the water, he saw the heavens splitting apart and the Holy Spirit descending on hime like a dove.

И с неба был голос: «Ты — Мой Сын, Мой любимый Сын, угожденье Мое».

And a voice from heaven said, “You are my dearly loved Son, and you bring me great joy.”

Дух сразу бросает Его в пустыню.

The Spirit then compelled Jesus to go into the wilderness,

Сорок дней искушал Его в пустыне Сатана. Иисус жил там среди диких зверей, и Ему служили ангелы.

where he was tempted by Satan for forty days. He was out among the wild animals, and angels took care of him.

Иоанн был в заточении, когда Иисус пришел в Галилею и возвестил Божье евангелие.

Later on, after John was arrested, Jesus went into Galilee, where he preached God’s Good News.f

Он говорил: «Исполнилось время. Божье Царство не за горами. Покайтесь! Верьте в евангелие!».

“The time promised by God has come at last!” he announced. “The Kingdom of God is near! Repent of your sins and believe the Good News!”

Проходя берегом Галилейского моря, Он увидел двух рыбаков, которые забрасывали в море сеть. Это были братья Симон и Андрей.

One day as Jesus was walking along the shore of the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simong and his brother Andrew throwing a net into the water, for they fished for a living.

Иисус говорит им: «Идите за Мной. Я сделаю вас ловцами людей».

Jesus called out to them, “Come, follow me, and I will show you how to fish for people!”

Они сразу бросили сети и пошли за Иисусом.

And they left their nets at once and followed him.

Чуть дальше по берегу Иисус встретил братьев Зеведеевых, Иакова и Иоанна. Они в лодке чинили сети.

A little farther up the shore Jesus saw Zebedee’s sons, James and John, in a boat repairing their nets.

Он сразу позвал и их. И они пошли за Ним, оставили своего отца Зеведея с пайщиками в лодке.

He called them at once, and they also followed him, leaving their father, Zebedee, in the boat with the hired men.

Все вместе приходят в Капернаум, и в субботу Иисус сразу говорил там в синагоге.

Jesus and his companions went to the town of Capernaum. When the Sabbath day came, he went into the synagogue and began to teach.

Всех поразила Его речь: в Его словах было то, чего не было у книжников — неземная власть.

The people were amazed at his teaching, for he taught with real authority — quite unlike the teachers of religious law.

Случилось, что в синагоге вдруг появился человек, одержимый нечистым духом. Он закричал:

Suddenly, a man in the synagogue who was possessed by an evilh spirit cried out,

«Какое у Тебя к нам дело, Иисус Назарянин? Ты погубить нас пришел? Я знаю, кто Ты. Ты — Святой от Бога».

“Why are you interfering with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are — the Holy One of God!”

Иисус прикрикнул на беса: «Уймись! Выйди вон!».

But Jesus reprimanded him. “Be quiet! Come out of the man,” he ordered.

И в корчах, с воем вышел из одержимого нечистый дух.

At that, the evil spirit screamed, threw the man into a convulsion, and then came out of him.

Люди были потрясены и спрашивали друг друга: «Что это? В Его словах какая-то новая власть. Скажет — и нечистые духи слушаются».

Amazement gripped the audience, and they began to discuss what had happened. “What sort of new teaching is this?” they asked excitedly. “It has such authority! Even evil spirits obey his orders!”

Молва об Иисусе сразу разошлась по всей Галилее.

The news about Jesus spread quickly throughout the entire region of Galilee.

Прямо из синагоги Он с Иаковом и Иоанном идет к Симону и Андрею домой.

After Jesus left the synagogue with James and John, they went to Simon and Andrew’s home.

И сразу Иисусу говорят, что теща Симона лежит в горячке.

Now Simon’s mother-in-law was sick in bed with a high fever. They told Jesus about her right away.

Он подошел, взял ее за руку и поднял. Жар сразу спал, и она принялась собирать на стол.

So he went to her bedside, took her by the hand, and helped her sit up. Then the fever left her, and she prepared a meal for them.

Вечером, после захода солнца, к Нему привели больных и одержимых.

That evening after sunset, many sick and demon-possessed people were brought to Jesus.

У дверей собрался весь город.

The whole town gathered at the door to watch.

Иисус исцелил все болезни и хвори, какие у кого были, и изгнал всех бесов. Бесам Он не позволял ничего говорить: они знали, кто Он.

So Jesus healed many people who were sick with various diseases, and he cast out many demons. But because the demons knew who he was, he did not allow them to speak.

Утром Он встал еще до рассвета и вышел, уединился на пустыре и молился.

Before daybreak the next morning, Jesus got up and went out to an isolated place to pray.

Симон с товарищами хватились Его, пошли искать.

Later Simon and the others went out to find him.

Нашли и говорят: «Все Тебя ищут».

When they found him, they said, “Everyone is looking for you.”

Иисус сказал: «Пойдемте в соседние села. Мне нужно и там быть с евангелием, потому что Я за этим пришел».

But Jesus replied, “We must go on to other towns as well, and I will preach to them, too. That is why I came.”

И Он ходил по Галилее и во всех синагогах возвещал евангелие и изгонял бесов.

So he traveled throughout the region of Galilee, preaching in the synagogues and casting out demons.

К Иисусу подходит прокаженный, падает перед Ним на колени и просит: «Скажи, что хочешь меня очистить».

A man with leprosy came and knelt in front of Jesus, begging to be healed. “If you are willing, you can heal me and make me clean,” he said.

Иисус сжалился, протянул руку, тронул его и говорит: «Хочу. Очистись!».

Moved with compassion,i Jesus reached out and touched him. “I am willing,” he said. “Be healed!”

И сразу больной выздоровел, очистился от проказы.

Instantly the leprosy disappeared, and the man was healed.

Иисус сразу велел ему уходить, при этом строго

Then Jesus sent him on his way with a stern warning:

Предупредил: «Никто не должен об этом знать. Ступай к священнику — пусть он увидит. И принеси за очищение что следует по Моисею. Это и будет для всех твоим свидетельством».

“Don’t tell anyone about this. Instead, go to the priest and let him examine you. Take along the offering required in the law of Moses for those who have been healed of leprosy.j This will be a public testimony that you have been cleansed.”

Но тот сразу пошел всем все рассказывать. Иисус уже не мог открыто приходить в город и держался глухих мест. Но и туда шли и шли к Нему отовсюду люди.

But the man went and spread the word, proclaiming to everyone what had happened. As a result, large crowds soon surrounded Jesus, and he couldn’t publicly enter a town anywhere. He had to stay out in the secluded places, but people from everywhere kept coming to him.
