Родословие Иисуса Христа, потомка Давида, потомка Авраама:

The record of the genealogy of Jesus the Messiah, the son of David, the son of Abraham:

Aвраам был отцом Исаака, Исаак — отцом Иакова, Иаков — отцом Иуды и его братьев,

Abraham was the father of Isaac, Isaac the father of Jacob, and Jacob the father of Judah and his brothers.

Иуда — отцом Фареса и Зары, а их матерью была Фамарь. Фарес был отцом Эсрома, Эсром — отцом Арама,

Judah was the father of Perez and Zerah by Tamar, Perez was the father of Hezron, and Hezron the father of Ram.

Aрам был отцом Аминадава, Аминадав — отцом Наасона, Наасон — отцом Салмона,

Ram was the father of Amminadab, Amminadab the father of Nahshon, and Nahshon the father of Salmon.

Салмон — отцом Вооза, матерью Вооза была Рахав. Вооз был отцом Овида, матерью Овида была Руфь. Овид был отцом Иессея, а Иессей — отцом царя Давида.

Salmon was the father of Boaz by Rahab, Boaz was the father of Obed by Ruth, and Obed the father of Jesse.

Давид был отцом Соломона, матерью Соломона была бывшая жена Урии.

Jesse was the father of David the king. David was the father of Solomon by Bathsheba who had been the wife of Uriah.

Соломон был отцом Ровоама, Ровоам — отцом Авии, Авия — отцом Асы,

Solomon was the father of Rehoboam, Rehoboam the father of Abijah, and Abijah the father of Asa.

Aса — отцом Иосафата, Иосафат — отцом Иорама, Иорам — отцом Озии,

Asa was the father of Jehoshaphat, Jehoshaphat the father of Joram, and Joram the father of Uzziah.

Озия — отцом Иофама, Иофам — отцом Ахаза, Ахаз — отцом Езекии,

Uzziah was the father of Jotham, Jotham the father of Ahaz, and Ahaz the father of Hezekiah.

Езекия — отцом Манассии, Манассия — отцом Амона, Амон — отцом Иосии,

Hezekiah was the father of Manasseh, Manasseh the father of Amon, and Amon the father of Josiah.

Иосия — отцом Иехонии и его братьев. В это время народ был переселен в Вавилон.

Josiah became the father of Jeconiah and his brothers, at the time of the deportation to Babylon.

После переселения в Вавилон Иехония стал отцом Салафиила, Салафиил был отцом Зоровавеля,

After the deportation to Babylon: Jeconiah became the father of Shealtiel, and Shealtiel the father of Zerubbabel.

Зоровавель — отцом Авиуда, Авиуд — отцом Элиакима, Элиаким — отцом Азора,

Zerubbabel was the father of Abihud, Abihud the father of Eliakim, and Eliakim the father of Azor.

Aзор — отцом Садока, Садок — отцом Ахима, Ахим — отцом Элиуда,

Azor was the father of Zadok, Zadok the father of Achim, and Achim the father of Eliud.

Элиуд — отцом Элеазара, Элеазар — отцом Матфана, Матфан — отцом Иакова,

Eliud was the father of Eleazar, Eleazar the father of Matthan, and Matthan the father of Jacob.

Иаков — отцом Иосифа, мужа Марии, которая и родила Иисуса, называемого Христом.

Jacob was the father of Joseph the husband of Mary, by whom Jesus was born, who is called the Messiah.

Всего от Авраама до Давида было четырнадцать поколений, от Давида до переселения в Вавилон — тоже четырнадцать, и четырнадцать поколений от переселения в Вавилон до Христа.

So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; from David to the deportation to Babylon, fourteen generations; and from the deportation to Babylon to the Messiah, fourteen generations.

Рождение Иисуса Христа происходило так: мать Иисуса, Мария, была обручена с Иосифом, но прежде чем они поженились, оказалось, что она беременна. Ребенок, которого ей предстояло родить, был от Святого Духа.

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: when His mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child by the Holy Spirit.

Жених Марии, Иосиф, был порядочным человеком, и узнав о ее беременности, хотел тайно расстаться с ней, не предавая дело огласке, чтобы Мария не была опозорена.

And Joseph her husband, being a righteous man and not wanting to disgrace her, planned to send her away secretly.

Но когда он принял такое решение, ему явился во сне ангел Господа и сказал: — Иосиф, потомок Давида! Не бойся взять Марию в жены, потому что ее будущий ребенок — от Святого Духа.

But when he had considered this, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife; for the Child who has been conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.

Она родит сына, и ты назовешь Его Иисусом, потому что Он спасет свой народ от грехов!

“She will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”

Все произошедшее с ними было исполнением того, что Господь ранее сказал через пророка:

Now all this took place to fulfill what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet:

"Девушка забеременеет и родит сына, которого назовут Иммануэль", что значит: С нами Бог.

“BEHOLD, THE VIRGIN SHALL BE WITH CHILD AND SHALL BEAR A SON, AND THEY SHALL CALL HIS NAME IMMANUEL,” which translated means, “GOD WITH US.”

Утром Иосиф сделал так, как велел ему ангел. Мария стала женой Иосифа,

And Joseph awoke from his sleep and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took Mary as his wife,

но супружеской близости между ними не было, пока она не родила сына, и он назвал Его Иисусом.

but kept her a virgin until she gave birth to a Son; and he called His name Jesus.
