1 {An instruction. Of Ethan the Ezrahite.} I will sing of the loving-kindness of Jehovah for ever; with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness from generation to generation.
Satisfy us early with thy loving-kindness; that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.
1 {A Psalm, a Song, for the Sabbath day.} It is good to give thanks unto Jehovah, and to sing psalms unto thy name, O Most High;
1 Come, let us sing aloud to Jehovah, let us shout for joy to the rock of our salvation;
1 Sing ye unto Jehovah a new song: sing unto Jehovah, all the earth.
Sing unto Jehovah, bless his name; publish his salvation from day to day.
Let the field exult and all that is therein. Then shall all the trees of the forest sing for joy,
1 {A Psalm.} Sing ye unto Jehovah a new song: for he hath done wondrous things; his right hand and his holy arm hath wrought salvation for him.
Shout aloud unto Jehovah, all the earth; break forth and shout for joy, and sing psalms.
Sing psalms unto Jehovah with the harp: with the harp, and the voice of a song;
Let the floods clap [their] hands; let the mountains sing for joy together,
1 {A Psalm of David.} I will sing of loving-kindness and judgment: unto thee, Jehovah, will I sing psalms.
I will sing unto Jehovah as long as I live; I will sing psalms to my God while I have my being.
Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him; meditate upon all his wondrous works.
1 {A Song, a Psalm of David.} My heart is fixed, O God: I will sing, yea, I will sing psalms, even [with] my glory.
I will give thee thanks among the peoples, O Jehovah; of thee will I sing psalms among the nations:
Praise ye Jah; for Jehovah is good: sing psalms unto his name; for it is pleasant.
For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that made us wail [required] mirth, [saying,] Sing us [one] of the songs of Zion.
How should we sing a song of Jehovah's upon a foreign soil?
1 {[A Psalm] of David.} I will give thee thanks with my whole heart; before the gods will I sing psalms of thee.
And they shall sing in the ways of Jehovah, for great is the glory of Jehovah.
O God, I will sing a new song unto thee; with the ten-stringed lute will I sing psalms unto thee:
7 They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.
As long as I live will I praise Jehovah; I will sing psalms unto my God while I have my being.
1 Praise ye Jah! for it is good. Sing psalms of our God; for it is pleasant: praise is comely.
Sing unto Jehovah with thanksgiving; sing psalms upon the harp unto our God:
1 Hallelujah! Sing unto Jehovah a new song; [sing] his praise in the congregation of the godly.
Let them praise his name in the dance; let them sing psalms unto him with the tambour and harp.
In the transgression of an evil man there is a snare; but the righteous shall sing and rejoice.
1 I will sing to my well-beloved a song of my beloved touching his vineyard: My well-beloved had a vineyard upon a fruitful hill.
Sing psalms of Jehovah, for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.
Take a harp, go about the city, thou forgotten harlot! Make sweet melody, sing many songs, that thou mayest be remembered.
Thy dead shall live, my dead bodies shall arise. Awake and sing in triumph, ye that dwell in dust; for thy dew is the dew of the morning, and the earth shall cast forth the dead.
In that day [there shall be] a vineyard of pure wine; sing concerning it:
then shall the lame [man] leap as a hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and torrents in the desert.
10 Sing unto Jehovah a new song, his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein, the isles and their inhabitants.
Let the wilderness and the cities thereof lift up [their voice], the villages that Kedar doth inhabit; let the inhabitants of the rock sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains:
Sing, ye heavens; for Jehovah hath done it: shout, ye lower parts of the earth; break forth into singing, ye mountains, the forest, and every tree therein! For Jehovah hath redeemed Jacob, and glorified himself in Israel.
-- The voice of thy watchmen, they lift up the voice, they sing aloud together; for they shall see eye to eye, when Jehovah shall bring again Zion.
Break forth, sing aloud together, waste places of Jerusalem; for Jehovah comforteth his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.
behold, my servants shall sing aloud for gladness of heart, and *ye* shall cry out for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.
Sing ye unto Jehovah, praise Jehovah, for he hath delivered the soul of the needy from the hand of evildoers.
For thus saith Jehovah: Sing aloud [with] gladness for Jacob, and shout at the head of the nations; publish ye, praise ye, and say, Jehovah, save thy people, the remnant of Israel.
And they shall come and sing aloud upon the height of Zion, and shall flow together to the goodness of Jehovah, for corn, and for new wine, and for oil, and for the young of the flock and of the herd; and their soul shall be as a watered garden, and they shall not languish any more at all.
And I will give her her vineyards from thence, and the valley of Achor for a door of hope; and she shall sing there, as in the days of her youth and as in the day when she came up out of the land of Egypt.
And flocks shall lie down in the midst of her, all the crowd of beasts; both the pelican and the bittern shall lodge in the chapiters thereof; a voice shall sing in the windows; desolation shall be on the thresholds: for he hath laid bare the cedar work.
Sing aloud and rejoice, daughter of Zion; for behold, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith Jehovah.
