Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.
But *thou*, [when] fasting, anoint thy head and wash thy face,
And Jesus says to him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the heaven roosting-places; but the Son of man has not where he may lay his head.

and brought his head upon a dish, and gave it to the damsel, and the damsel gave it to her mother.
And again he sent to them another bondman; and [at] him they [threw stones, and] struck [him] on the head, and sent [him] away with insult.
3 And when he was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper, as he lay at table, there came a woman having an alabaster flask of ointment of pure nard, very costly; and having broken the alabaster flask, she poured it out upon his head.
And they struck his head with a reed, and spat on him, and, bending the knee, did him homage.
and standing at his feet behind [him] weeping, began to wash his feet with tears; and she wiped them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed [them] with the myrrh.
My head with oil thou didst not anoint, but *she* has anointed my feet with myrrh.
And Jesus said to him, The foxes have holes and the birds of the heaven roosting-places, but the Son of man has not where he may lay his head.
But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore, ye are better than many sparrows.
And lo, [there was] a woman having a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and she was bent together and wholly unable to lift her head up.
And a hair of your head shall in no wise perish.

18 And Paul, having yet stayed [there] many days, took leave of the brethren and sailed thence to Syria, and with him Priscilla and Aquila, having shorn his head in Cenchrea, for he had a vow;
And the ship being caught and driven, and not able to bring her head to the wind, letting her go we were driven [before it].
Wherefore I exhort you to partake of food, for this has to do with your safety; for not a hair from the head of any one of you shall perish.

his head and hair white like white wool, as snow; and his eyes as a flame of fire;
