Blessed be the name of the LORD From this time forth and forever.
1 When Israel went forth from Egypt, The house of Jacob from a people of strange language,
But as for us, we will bless the LORD From this time forth and forever. Praise the LORD!
The LORD will guard your going out and your coming in From this time forth and forever.
As the mountains surround Jerusalem, So the LORD surrounds His people From this time forth and forever.
For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest upon the land of the righteous, So that the righteous will not put forth their hands to do wrong.
O Israel, hope in the LORD From this time forth and forever.
“There I will cause the horn of David to spring forth; I have prepared a lamp for Mine anointed.
He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; Who makes lightnings for the rain, Who brings forth the wind from His treasuries.
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch forth Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, And Your right hand will save me.
Flash forth lightning and scatter them; Send out Your arrows and confuse them.
Stretch forth Your hand from on high; Rescue me and deliver me out of great waters, Out of the hand of aliens
Let our garners be full, furnishing every kind of produce, And our flocks bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our fields;
He sends forth His command to the earth; His word runs very swiftly.
He casts forth His ice as fragments; Who can stand before His cold?
He sends forth His word and melts them; He causes His wind to blow and the waters to flow.
“When there were no depths I was brought forth, When there were no springs abounding with water.
“Before the mountains were settled, Before the hills I was brought forth;
The lips of the righteous bring forth what is acceptable, But the mouth of the wicked what is perverted.
The north wind brings forth rain, And a backbiting tongue, an angry countenance.
1 Do not boast about tomorrow, For you do not know what a day may bring forth.
For the churning of milk produces butter, And pressing the nose brings forth blood; So the churning of anger produces strife.
It is good that you grasp one thing and also not let go of the other; for the one who fears God comes forth with both of them.
There is an evil I have seen under the sun, like an error which goes forth from the ruler —
8 “If you yourself do not know, Most beautiful among women, Go forth on the trail of the flock And pasture your young goats By the tents of the shepherds.
“While the king was at his table, My perfume gave forth its fragrance.
‘The fig tree has ripened its figs, And the vines in blossom have given forth their fragrance. Arise, my darling, my beautiful one, And come along!’”
“Go forth, O daughters of Zion, And gaze on King Solomon with the crown With which his mother has crowned him On the day of his wedding, And on the day of his gladness of heart.”
“The mandrakes have given forth fragrance; And over our doors are all choice fruits, Both new and old, Which I have saved up for you, my beloved.
And many peoples will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, To the house of the God of Jacob; That He may teach us concerning His ways And that we may walk in His paths.” For the law will go forth from Zion And the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
For the stars of heaven and their constellations Will not flash forth their light; The sun will be dark when it rises And the moon will not shed its light.

His breath is like an overflowing torrent, Which reaches to the neck, To shake the nations back and forth in a sieve, And to put in the jaws of the peoples the bridle which leads to ruin.
Then the lame will leap like a deer, And the tongue of the mute will shout for joy. For waters will break forth in the wilderness And streams in the Arabah.
“For out of Jerusalem will go forth a remnant and out of Mount Zion survivors. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.”’
Lift up your eyes on high And see who has created these stars, The One who leads forth their host by number, He calls them all by name; Because of the greatness of His might and the strength of His power, Not one of them is missing.
“Who has performed and accomplished it, Calling forth the generations from the beginning? ‘I, the LORD, am the first, and with the last. I am He.’”
Let them bring forth and declare to us what is going to take place; As for the former events, declare what they were, That we may consider them and know their outcome. Or announce to us what is coming;
1 “Behold, My Servant, whom I uphold; My chosen one in whom My soul delights. I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the nations.
“A bruised reed He will not break And a dimly burning wick He will not extinguish; He will faithfully bring forth justice.

Who brings forth the chariot and the horse, The army and the mighty man (They will lie down together and not rise again; They have been quenched and extinguished like a wick):
“Behold, I will do something new, Now it will spring forth; Will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert.
