encourage your hearts, and establish you in every good work and word.

1 The word [is] faithful: if any one aspires to exercise oversight, he desires a good work.

and make of it an oil of holy ointment, a perfume of perfumery after the work of the perfumer: it shall be the holy anointing oil.
And thou shalt make it into incense, a perfume, after the work of the perfumer, salted, pure, holy.
and have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in every work,
to devise artistic work -- to work in gold, and in silver, and in copper,
and in cutting of stones, for setting, and for carving of timber -- to work in all manner of work.
