whom I found to be accused of questions of their law, but to have no charge laid against him [making him] worthy of death or of bonds.
Whereupon they found me purified in the temple, with neither crowd nor tumult. But it was certain Jews from Asia,

1 What shall we say then that Abraham our father according to flesh has found?

For I fear lest perhaps coming I find you not such as I wish, and that *I* be found by you such as ye do not wish: lest [there might be] strifes, jealousies, angers, contentions, evil speakings, whisperings, puffings up, disturbances;
Now if in seeking to be justified in Christ we also have been found sinners, then [is] Christ minister of sin? Far be the thought.
and having been found in figure as a man, humbled himself, becoming obedient even unto death, and [that the] death of [the] cross.
as to zeal, persecuting the assembly; as to righteousness which [is] in [the] law, found blameless;
and that I may be found in him, not having my righteousness, which [would be] on the principle of law, but that which is by faith of Christ, the righteousness which [is] of God through faith,
Thus, yearning over you, we had found our delight in having imparted to you not only the glad tidings of God, but our own lives also, because ye had become beloved of us.
that all might be judged who have not believed the truth, but have found pleasure in unrighteousness.
but being in Rome sought me out very diligently, and found [me] --
Now in the same manner in which Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, thus these also withstand the truth; men corrupted in mind, found worthless as regards the faith.
