13 Who [is] wise and understanding among you; let him shew out of a good conversation his works in meekness of wisdom;
He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. He that overcomes shall in no wise be injured of the second death.

Men of understanding will say to me, and a wise man who heareth me:
Men do therefore fear him: he respecteth not any that are wise of heart.
And now, O kings, be ye wise, be admonished, ye judges of the earth.
The law of Jehovah is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of Jehovah is sure, making wise the simple;
