Толкование Псалма 107
Вводная надпись соответствует в русском тексте стиху 1. Перед нами торжественная Песнь хвалы Господу, написанная по случаю одержания Давидом военной победы и в полной уверенности в поражении врагов Божиих в будущем. Царь был убежден, что Бог иудеев, подчинив им, или, что тоже самое, Себе (стихи 8−10), «племена и народы», будет «превознесен… всею землею». Ради осуществления этого Давид просит, чтобы Господь Сам руководил Своим народом в его сражениях с язычниками.
Стихи 2−6 почти идентичны стихам 8−12 в Пс 56, а стихи 7−14 звучат так же, как стихи 7−14 в Пс 59. Смотрите соответствующие толкования на псалмы 56 и 59. Не вызывает сомнения, что две части из двух разных псалмов (Пс 56 и 59) были соединены здесь (Пс 107) в одно поэтическое произведение с какой-то литургической целью.
