Павел, і Сілуан, і Цімафей — Царкве Фесаланікійкай ў Богу Айцу нашым і Госпадзе Іісусе Хрысце:

Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:

благадаць вам і мір ад Бога Айца нашага і Госпада Іісуса Хрыста.

Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Мы заўсёды павінны дзя́каваць Богу за вас, браты, як гэта нале́жыць, бо ўзраста́е вера ваша і памнажа́ецца ў кожнага з усіх вас любоў аднаго да другога,

We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;

так што мы самі хва́лімся вамі ў цэрквах Божых, цярплівасцю вашай і вераю ва ўсіх ганеннях і ўцісках, якія вы перано́сіце;

So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:

гэта знак таго, што будзе праведны суд Божы, каб вы ўдастоіліся Царства Божага, дзеля якога вы і паку́туеце.

Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:

Бо справядліва ў Бога — адплацíць прыгнётам тым, хто вас прыгнята́е,

Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

а вам, прыгне́чаным, даць супакае́нне разам з намі ў час яўле́ння з неба Госпада Іісуса з ангеламі сілы Яго,

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,

у полымі агню, Які дасць адплату тым, хто не знае Бога і не слухаецца дабраве́сця Госпада нашага Іісуса Хрыста;

In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

яны ў пакара́нне пры́муць пагібель вечную ад аблічча Госпада і ад славы магутнасці Яго,

Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

калі Ён прыйдзе прасла́віцца ў святых Сваіх і явíць Сябе дзівосным у дзень той ва ўсіх веруючых, бо вы паверылі нашаму све́дчанню.

When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

Дзеля гэтага і молімся заўсёды за вас, каб удастоіў вас паклíкання Бог наш і усякае памкне́нне да дабра і справу веры напоўніў сілаю,

Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:

каб праславілася імя́ Госпада нашага Іісуса Хрыста ў вас, і вы ў Ім, па благадаці Бога нашага і Госпада Іісуса Хрыста.

That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
