Паўла а Сілван а Цімох — царкве Салунскай у Богу, Айцу нашым, а Спадару Ісусу Хрысту:

Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:

Ласка вам а супакой ад Бога, Айца нашага, а Спадара Ісуса Хрыста.

Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Мы маем заўсёды дзякаваць Богу за вас, браты, як належа, бо вера ваша вельма расьцець, і міласьць кажнага з усіх вас аднаго да аднаго множыцца;

We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;

Так што мы самы хвалімся вамі ў цэрквах Божых трывалкосьцяй вашай і вераю ў вусіх перасьледаваньнях а атугах, каторыя вы пераносіце.

So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:

Гэта яўны довад справядлівага суду Божага, каб вы былі годныя гаспадарства Божага, дзеля каторага церпіце.

Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:

Бо запраўды справядліва ў Бога адплаціць немарасьцяй тым, каторыя вас немарасьцяць,

Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

А вам, немарашчаным, супачынак із намі ў часе зьяўленьня Спадара Ісуса зь неба, з ангіламі магутнасьці Ягонае,

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,

У палаючым агню, імсьцячыся тым, каторыя ня знаюць Бога, і тым, каторыя не паддаюцца Дабравесьці Спадара нашага Ісуса Хрыста,

In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

Каторыя будуць плаціць кару вечнае загубы, ад віду Спадаровага і ад славы магутнасьці Ягонае,

Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

Як Ён прыйдзе таго дня ўславіцца ў сьвятых Сваіх, і захопяцца Ім усі верачыя, бо паверылі сьветчаньню нашаму вам.

When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

Дзеля гэтага мы заўсёды молімся за вас, каб Бог наш учыніў вас годнымі пагуканьня і споўніў усе зычэньне дабрыні і ўчынак веры ў магутнасьці,

Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:

Так што ўславіцца імя Спадара нашага Ісуса Хрыста ў вас, і вы ў Ім, подле ласкі Бога нашага а Спадара Ісуса Хрыста.

That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
