Павел, і Сілуан, і Цімафей — царкве фесаланікійцаў у Богу, нашым Бацьку, і Госпадзе Ісусе Хрысце:

Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:

Ласка вам і мір ад Бога, нашага Бацькі, і Госпада Ісуса Хрыста.

Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Мы заўсёды павінны дзякаваць Богу за вас, браты, як і належыць, бо надзвычайна ўзрастае ваша вера і павялічваецца любоў кожнага з вас адзін да аднаго.

We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;

Так што мы самі хвалімся вамі ў цэрквах Божых вашай вытрываласцю і вераю ва ўсіх ганеннях і бедах, якія вы пераносіце.

So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:

І гэта ж знак справядлівага суда Божага, каб вы сталі вартымі Царства Божага, за якое вы і пакутуеце;

Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:

бо справядліва ў Бога — аддаць уціскам тым, хто вас уціскае.

Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

А вам, — што церпіце ўціскі, — адпачынак з намі, калі з’явіцца з нябёсаў Госпад Ісус з Анёламі Яго сілы,

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,

у палымяным агні аддаючы помсту тым, хто Бога не знае і не слухаецца дабравешчання нашага Госпада Ісуса Хрыста.

In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

Яны прымуць кару — вечную пагібель ад аблічча Гасподняга і ад славы Яго магутнасці,

Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

калі Ён прыйдзе, каб праславіцца ў Сваіх святых і стаць дзівосным у той дзень ва ўсіх верніках, бо вы паверылі нашаму сведчанню.

When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

Дзеля гэтага і молімся заўсёды аб вас, каб наш Бог зрабіў вас годнымі паклікання і здзейсніў усялякую добрую волю шчодрасці і справу веры ў сіле,

Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:

каб імя нашага Госпада Ісуса Хрыста праславілася ў вас, а вы ў Ім праз ласку нашага Бога і Госпада Ісуса Хрыста.

That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
