Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:

Паўла, і Сіліван, і Цімафей Тэсалонскай царкве ў Богу, Айцу нашым, і Госпадзе Ісусе Хрысце:

Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

ласка вам і супакой ад Бога, Айца нашага, і Госпада Ісуса Хрыста.

We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;

Дзякаваць павінны мы заўсёды Богу за вас, браты, як і належыць, бо вера ваша вельмі ўзрастае ды ўзаемная любоў між вамі ўзмацняецца,

So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:

так што мы самі хвалімся вамі ў цэрквах Божых дзеля вашай цярплівасці і веры ва ўсіх пераследаваннях вашых і прыгнётах, якія пераносіце,

Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:

на доказ справядлівага суда Божага, каб былі вартымі Валадарства Божага, дзеля якога і церпіце.

Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

Бо справядліва ёсць у Бога адгадзіць прыгнётам тым, якія вас прыгнятаюць,

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,

і вам, якія прыгнёт пераносіце, даць супачынак з намі ў час аб’яўлення з неба Госпада нашага Ісуса з анёламі магутнасці Яго,

In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

у полымі агню, несучы адплату тым, што не ведаюць Бога і не слухаюць Евангелля Госпада нашага Ісуса Хрыста.

Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

Яны атрымаюць пакаранне вечнай пагібеллю ад аблічча Госпада і славы магутнасці Яго,

When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

калі Ён прыйдзе праславіцца ў Сваіх святых ды ў той дзень задзівіць усіх, якія паверылі, бо вы паверылі нашаму сведчанню ў гэты дзень.

Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:

Дзеля гэтага і молімся заўсёды за вас, каб Бог наш зрабіў вас годнымі Свайго паклікання і напоўніў вас моцай ва ўсякім жаданні добрага і ўчынках веры,

That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

каб праславілася ў вас імя Госпада нашага Ісуса Хрыста, і вы — у Ім, паводле ласкі Бога нашага і Госпада Ісуса Хрыста.
