The sons of Japheth; Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.

Сыны Яфэта: Гамэр, Магог, Мадай, Яван, Тувал, Мэшэх і Тырас.

And the sons of Gomer; Ashchenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.

Сыны Гамэра: Аскеназ, Рыфат і Тагарма.

And the sons of Javan; Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.

Сыны Явана: Эліса, Тарсіс, Кітым і Даданім.

The sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.

Сыны Хама: Хуш, Міцраім, Фут і Ханаан.

And the sons of Cush; Seba, and Havilah, and Sabta, and Raamah, and Sabtecha. And the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan.

Сыны Хуша: Сэва, Хавіла, Саўта, Раама і Саўтэха. Сыны Раамы: Шэва і Дэдан.

And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be mighty upon the earth.

Хуш спарадзіў таксама Німрода: гэты пачаў быць моцным на зямлі.

And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,

Міцраім спарадзіў: Лудыма, Анаміма, Лэгавіма, Наўтухіма,

And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (of whom came the Philistines,) and Caphthorim.

Патрусіма, Каслухіма, ад якога пайшлі Філістымляне, і Кафтарыма.

And Canaan begat Zidon his firstborn, and Heth,

Ханаан спарадзіў Сідона, першынца свайго, Хэта,

The Jebusite also, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,

Евусэя, Амарэя, Гергесэя,

And the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,

Эвэя, Аркея, Сінэя,

And the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.

Арвадэя, Цэмарэя і Хаматэя.

The sons of Shem; Elam, and Asshur, and Arphaxad, and Lud, and Aram, and Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Meshech.

Сыны Сіма: Элам, Асур, Арфаксад, Луд і Арам. Сыны Арама: Уц, Хул, Гефэр і Мэшэх.

And Arphaxad begat Shelah, and Shelah begat Eber.

Арфаксад спарадзіў Каінана, а Каінан спарадзіў Салу, а Сала спарадзіў Эвэра.

And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg; because in his days the earth was divided: and his brother's name was Joktan.

У Эвэра нарадзіліся два сыны: імя аднаго Фалэк, бо ў дні ягоныя падзялілася зямля; імя брата ягонага Ёктан.

And Joktan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,

Ёктан спарадзіў Алмадада, Шалэфа, Хацармавэта, Ераха,

Hadoram also, and Uzal, and Diklah,

Гадарама, Узала, Дыклу,

And Ebal, and Abimael, and Sheba,

Эвала, Авімаіла, Шэву,

And Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.

Афіра, Хавілу і Ёвава. Усе гэтыя сыны Ёктана.

Shem, Arphaxad, Shelah,

А сыны Сімавыя: Арфаксад, Каінан, Сала,

Eber, Peleg, Reu,

Эвэр, Фалэк, Рагаў,

Serug, Nahor, Terah,

Сэруг, Нахор, Тара,

Abram; the same is Abraham.

Аўрам, ён жа Абрагам.

The sons of Abraham; Isaac, and Ishmael.

Сыны Абрагама: Ісаак і Ізмаіл.

These are their generations: The firstborn of Ishmael, Nebaioth; then Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,

Вось радавод іхні: першынец Ізмаілаў Наваёт, за ім Кедар, Адбэел, Міўсам,

Mishma, and Dumah, Massa, Hadad, and Tema,

Мішма, Дума, Маса, Хадад, Тэма,

Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah. These are the sons of Ishmael.

Ертур, Нафіш і Кедма. Гэта сыны Ізмаілавыя.

Now the sons of Keturah, Abraham's concubine: she bare Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah. And the sons of Jokshan; Sheba, and Dedan.

Сыны Хэтуры, наложніцы Абрагамавай: яна нарадзіла Зімрана, Ёкшана, Мэдана, Мадыяна, Ішбака і Шуаха. Сыны Ёкшана: Шэва і Дэдан.

And the sons of Midian; Ephah, and Epher, and Henoch, and Abida, and Eldaah. All these are the sons of Keturah.

Сыны Мадыяна: Эфа, Эфэр, Ханох, Авіда і Элдага. Усе гэтыя сыны Хэтуры.

And Abraham begat Isaac. The sons of Isaac; Esau and Israel.

І спарадзіў Абрагам Ісаака. Сыны Ісаака: Ісаў і Ізраіль.

The sons of Esau; Eliphaz, Reuel, and Jeush, and Jaalam, and Korah.

Сыны Ісава: Эліфаз, Рагуіл, Еус, Еглом і Карэй.

The sons of Eliphaz; Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.

Сыны Эліфаза: Тэман, Амар, Цэфо, Гатам, Кеназ, Амалік.

The sons of Reuel; Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.

Сыны Рагуіла: Нахат, Зэрах, Шама і Міза.

And the sons of Seir; Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan.

Сыны Сэіра: Латан, Шавал, Цывэон, Ана, Дышон, Эцэр і Дышан.

And the sons of Lotan; Hori, and Homam: and Timna was Lotan's sister.

Сыны Латана: Хоры і Гемам; а сястра ў Латана: Тымна.

The sons of Shobal; Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. And the sons of Zibeon; Aiah, and Anah.

Сыны Шавала: Алэан, Манахат, Эвал, Шэфо і Анам. Сыны Цывэона: Ая і Ана.

The sons of Anah; Dishon. And the sons of Dishon; Amram, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.

Дзеці Аны: Дышон. Сыны Дышона Хэмдан, Эшбан, Ітран і Хэран.

The sons of Ezer; Bilhan, and Zavan, and Jakan. The sons of Dishan; Uz, and Aran.

Сыны Эцэра: Білган, Зааван і Акан. Сыны Дышона: Уц і Аран.

Now these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom before any king reigned over the children of Israel; Bela the son of Beor: and the name of his city was Dinhabah.

Гэтыя — цары, якія валадарылі ў зямлі Эдома, раней чым зацараваў цар над сынамі Ізраілевымі: Бэла, сын Вэора, і імя горада ягонага — Дынгава;

And when Bela was dead, Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.

і памёр Бэла, і зацараваў пасьля яго Ёван, сын Зэраха, з Васоры.

And when Jobab was dead, Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.

І памёр Ёван, і зацараваў пасьля яго Хушам, зь зямлі Тэманіцян.

And when Husham was dead, Hadad the son of Bedad, which smote Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Avith.

І памёр Хушам, і зацараваў пасьля яго Гадад, сын Бэдадаў, які пабіў Мадыяніцян на полі Маава; імя горада ягонага Авів.

And when Hadad was dead, Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his stead.

І памёр Гадад, і зацараваў пасьля яго Самла, з Масрэкі.

And when Samlah was dead, Shaul of Rehoboth by the river reigned in his stead.

І памёр Самла, і зацараваў пасьля яго Саўл, з Рэхавота, што каля ракі.

And when Shaul was dead, Baalhanan the son of Achbor reigned in his stead.

І памёр Саўл, і зацараваў пасьля яго Баал-Ханан, сын Ахбора.

And when Baalhanan was dead, Hadad reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Pai; and his wife's name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.

І памёр Баал-Ханан, і зацараваў пасьля яго Гадар; імя горада ягонага Паў; імя жонкі ягонай Мэгэтавэель, дачка Матрэда, дачка Мэзагава.

Hadad died also. And the dukes of Edom were; duke Timnah, duke Aliah, duke Jetheth,

І памёр Гадар. І былі старэйшыны ў Эдома: старэйшына Тымна, старэйшына Алва, старэйшына Етэт,

Duke Aholibamah, duke Elah, duke Pinon,

старэйшына Алівэма, старэйшына Эла, старэйшына Пінон,

Duke Kenaz, duke Teman, duke Mibzar,

старэйшына Кеназ, старэйшына Тэман, старэйшына Міўцар,

Duke Magdiel, duke Iram. These are the dukes of Edom.

старэйшына Магдыіл, старэйшына Ірам. Вось старэйшыны Ідумэйскія.
