The words of Amos, who was among the herdmen of Tekoa, which he saw concerning Israel in the days of Uzziah king of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash king of Israel, two years before the earthquake.

Словеса̀ а҆мѡ́сѡва, ѩ҆̀же бы́ша въ карїаѳїарі́мѣ ѿ ѳекѹ́и, ѩ҆̀же ви́дѣ ѡ҆ ї҆ер҇ли́мѣ во дни҄ ѻ҆зі́и царѧ̀ ї҆ѹ́дина и҆ во дни҄ ї҆еровоа́ма сы́на ї҆ѡа́сова царѧ̀ ї҆и҃лева, пре́жде двою̀ лѣ́тъ трѹ́са.

And he said, The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.

И҆ речѐ: гд҇ь ѿ сїѡ́на возгл҃а и҆ ѿ ї҆ер҇ли́ма дадѐ гла́съ сво́й: и҆ сѣ́товаша па҄жити па́стырей, и҆ и҆́зсше ве́рхъ карми́ль.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Damascus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have threshed Gilead with threshing instruments of iron:

И҆ речѐ гд҇ь: за трѝ нечє́стїѧ дама́ска и҆ за четы́ри не ѿвращѹ́сѧ є҆гѡ̀, поне́же растро́ша пила́ми желѣ́зными и҆мѹ́щыѧ во ѹ҆тро́бѣ сѹ́щихъ въ галаа́дѣ:

But I will send a fire into the house of Hazael, which shall devour the palaces of Benhadad.

и҆ послю̀ ѻ҆́гнь въ до́мъ а҆заи́ль, и҆ поѧ́стъ ѡ҆снова́нїе сы́на а҆де́рова:

I will break also the bar of Damascus, and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven, and him that holdeth the sceptre from the house of Eden: and the people of Syria shall go into captivity unto Kir, saith the LORD.

и҆ сокрѹшѹ̀ верєѝ дама́скѡвы, и҆ потреблю̀ живѹ́щыѧ съ по́лѧ ѡ҆́нова, и҆ посѣкѹ̀ пле́мѧ ѿ мѹже́й харра́нихъ, и҆ плѣнѧ́тсѧ лю́дїе сѵ́рстїи наро́читїи, гл҃етъ гд҇ь.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they carried away captive the whole captivity, to deliver them up to Edom:

Сїѧ҄ гл҃етъ гд҇ь: за трѝ нечє́стїѧ га́зы и҆ за четы́ри не ѿвращѹ́сѧ и҆́хъ, за є҆́же плѣни́ти и҆̀мъ плѣне́нїе соломѡ́не, є҆́же заключи́ти во ї҆дѹме́ю:

But I will send a fire on the wall of Gaza, which shall devour the palaces thereof:

и҆ послю̀ ѻ҆́гнь на забра҄ла га́зы, и҆ поѧ́стъ ѡ҆снова́нїе є҆ѧ̀:

And I will cut off the inhabitant from Ashdod, and him that holdeth the sceptre from Ashkelon, and I will turn mine hand against Ekron: and the remnant of the Philistines shall perish, saith the Lord GOD.

и҆ потреблю̀ живѹ́щыѧ и҆з̾ а҆зѡ́та, и҆ и҆зве́ржетсѧ пле́мѧ и҆з̾ а҆скалѡ́на, и҆ наведѹ̀ рѹ́кѹ мою̀ на а҆ккарѡ́на, и҆ поги́бнѹтъ ѡ҆ста́точнїи и҆ноплеме́нникѡвъ, гл҃етъ гд҇ь.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Tyrus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they delivered up the whole captivity to Edom, and remembered not the brotherly covenant:

Сїѧ҄ гл҃етъ гд҇ь: за трѝ нечє́стїѧ тѵ́рѡва и҆ за четы́ри не ѿвращѹ́сѧ є҆гѡ̀, поне́же заключи́ша плѣ́нники соломѡ҄ни во ї҆дѹме́ю и҆ не помѧнѹ́ша завѣ́та бра́тнѧ:

But I will send a fire on the wall of Tyrus, which shall devour the palaces thereof.

и҆ послю̀ ѻ҆́гнь на забра҄ла тѵ́рѡва, и҆ поѧ́стъ ѡ҆снова҄нїѧ є҆гѡ̀.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Edom, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because he did pursue his brother with the sword, and did cast off all pity, and his anger did tear perpetually, and he kept his wrath for ever:

Сїѧ҄ гл҃етъ гд҇ь: за трѝ нечє́стїѧ ї҆дѹмє́йска и҆ за четы́ри не ѿвращѹ́сѧ и҆́хъ, поне́же прогна́ша бра́та своего̀ мече́мъ и҆ растли́ша ма́терь на землѝ, и҆ восхи́ти во свидѣ́нїе гро́зѹ свою̀, и҆ ѹ҆стремле́нїе своѐ снабдѣ̀ на побѣ́дѹ:

But I will send a fire upon Teman, which shall devour the palaces of Bozrah.

и҆ послю̀ ѻ҆́гнь въ ѳема́нъ, и҆ поѧ́стъ ѡ҆снова҄нїѧ ѡ҆гра́дъ є҆гѡ̀.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of the children of Ammon, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have ripped up the women with child of Gilead, that they might enlarge their border:

Сїѧ҄ гл҃етъ гд҇ь: за трѝ нечє́стїѧ сынѡ́въ а҆ммѡ́нихъ и҆ за четы́ри не ѿвращѹ́сѧ и҆́хъ, поне́же распорѧ́хѹ и҆мѹ́щыѧ во ѹ҆тро́бѣ галааді́тѡвъ, ѩ҆́кѡ да разширѧ́тъ предѣ́лы своѧ҄:

But I will kindle a fire in the wall of Rabbah, and it shall devour the palaces thereof, with shouting in the day of battle, with a tempest in the day of the whirlwind:

и҆ разжегѹ̀ ѻ҆́гнь на забра҄ла равва́ѳы, и҆ поѧ́стъ ѡ҆снова҄нїѧ є҆ѧ̀ съ во́племъ въ де́нь ра́ти, и҆ потрѧсе́тсѧ въ де́нь сконча́нїѧ своегѡ̀:

And their king shall go into captivity, he and his princes together, saith the LORD.

и҆ по́йдѹтъ ца́рїе є҆ѧ̀ въ плѣ́нъ, жерцы̀ и҆́хъ и҆ кнѧ҄зи и҆́хъ вкѹ́пѣ, гл҃етъ гд҇ь.
