The words of Amos, who was among the herdmen of Tekoa, which he saw concerning Israel in the days of Uzziah king of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash king of Israel, two years before the earthquake.

Слова́ Амо́са, одного́ из пастухо́в Феко́йских, кото́рые он слы́шал в виде́нии об Изра́иле во дни О́зии, царя́ Иуде́йского, и во дни Иеровоа́ма, сы́на Иоа́сова, царя́ Изра́ильского, за два го́да пе́ред землетрясе́нием.

And he said, The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.

И сказа́л он: Госпо́дь возгреми́т с Сио́на и даст глас Свой из Иерусали́ма, и воспла́чут хи́жины пастухо́в, и иссо́хнет верши́на Карми́ла.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Damascus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have threshed Gilead with threshing instruments of iron:

Так говори́т Госпо́дь: за три преступле́ния Дама́ска и за четы́ре не пощажу́ его́, потому́ что они́ молоти́ли Галаа́д желе́зными молоти́лами.

But I will send a fire into the house of Hazael, which shall devour the palaces of Benhadad.

И пошлю́ ого́нь на дом Азаи́ла, и пожрёт он черто́ги Венада́да.

I will break also the bar of Damascus, and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven, and him that holdeth the sceptre from the house of Eden: and the people of Syria shall go into captivity unto Kir, saith the LORD.

И сокрушу́ затво́ры Дама́ска, и истреблю́ жи́телей доли́ны Аве́н и держа́щего ски́петр — из до́ма Еде́нова, и пойдёт наро́д Араме́йский в плен в Кир, говори́т Госпо́дь.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they carried away captive the whole captivity, to deliver them up to Edom:

Так говори́т Госпо́дь: за три преступле́ния Га́зы и за четы́ре не пощажу́ её, потому́ что они́ вы́вели всех в плен, что́бы преда́ть их Едо́му.

But I will send a fire on the wall of Gaza, which shall devour the palaces thereof:

И пошлю́ ого́нь в сте́ны Га́зы, и пожрёт черто́ги её.

And I will cut off the inhabitant from Ashdod, and him that holdeth the sceptre from Ashkelon, and I will turn mine hand against Ekron: and the remnant of the Philistines shall perish, saith the Lord GOD.

И истреблю́ жи́телей Азо́та и держа́щего ски́петр в Аскало́не, и обращу́ ру́ку Мою́ на Екро́н, и поги́бнет оста́ток Филисти́млян, говори́т Госпо́дь Бог.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Tyrus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they delivered up the whole captivity to Edom, and remembered not the brotherly covenant:

Так говори́т Госпо́дь: за три преступле́ния Ти́ра и за четы́ре не пощажу́ его́, потому́ что они́ переда́ли всех пле́нных Едо́му и не вспо́мнили бра́тского сою́за.

But I will send a fire on the wall of Tyrus, which shall devour the palaces thereof.

Пошлю́ ого́нь в сте́ны Ти́ра, и пожрёт черто́ги его́.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Edom, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because he did pursue his brother with the sword, and did cast off all pity, and his anger did tear perpetually, and he kept his wrath for ever:

Так говори́т Госпо́дь: за три преступле́ния Едо́ма и за четы́ре не пощажу́ его́, потому́ что он пресле́довал бра́та своего́ мечо́м, подави́л чу́вства родства́, свире́пствовал постоя́нно во гне́ве своём и всегда́ сохраня́л я́рость свою́.

But I will send a fire upon Teman, which shall devour the palaces of Bozrah.

И пошлю́ ого́нь на Фема́н, и пожрёт черто́ги Восо́ра.

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of the children of Ammon, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have ripped up the women with child of Gilead, that they might enlarge their border:

Так говори́т Госпо́дь: за три преступле́ния сыно́в Аммо́новых и за четы́ре не пощажу́ их, потому́ что они́ рассека́ли бере́менных в Галаа́де, что́бы расши́рить преде́лы свои́.

But I will kindle a fire in the wall of Rabbah, and it shall devour the palaces thereof, with shouting in the day of battle, with a tempest in the day of the whirlwind:

И запалю́ ого́нь в сте́нах Ра́ввы, и пожрёт черто́ги её, среди́ кри́ка в день бра́ни, с ви́хрем в день бу́ри.

And their king shall go into captivity, he and his princes together, saith the LORD.

И пойдёт царь их в плен, он и князья́ его́ вме́сте с ним, говори́т Госпо́дь.
