Бог, які многакротна і рознымі спосабамі прамаўляў здаўна да айцоў праз прарокаў,

God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

у апошнія гэтыя дні прамовіў да нас праз Сына, Якога наставіў за насьле́дніка ўсяго, праз Якога й вякі стварыў.

Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

Той, будучы зьяньнем славы і ўзорам пастаці Яго, усё словам сілы Свае́й носячы, учыніўшы цераз Сябе́ ачышчэньне грахоў нашых, се́ў праваруч ве́лічы на вышынях,

Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

дасканальшы за Ангелаў нагэтулькі, наколькі слаўне́йшае за іх дастаў у спадчыне імя.

Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.

Бо каму із Ангелаў сказаў Ён калі: Ты — Сын Мой, сягоньня Я цябе́ спарадзіў, — і яшчэ: Я буду Яму Айцом, і Ён будзе Мне́ Сынам? (Псальм 2:7; 2 Царств 7:14.)

For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?

Калі-ж ізноў уводзіць Першароднага ў сусьве́т, кажа: І няхай паклоняцца Яму ўсе́ Ангелы Божыя (Псальм 96:7).

And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.

Да Ангелаў жа кажа: Ты Ангеламі Сваімі духаў робіш і служкамі Сваімі — полымя агнявое (Псальм 103:4).

And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.

А аб Сыне: Пасад Твой, Божа, па ве́к ве́чны; па́ліца пра́васьці — па́ліца царства Твайго.

But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

Ты праўду палюбіў і зьненавідзіў беззаконьне; дзеля гэтага памазаў Цябе́, Божа, Твой Бог але́ем радасьці бале́й за супольнікаў Тваіх (Псальм 44:7−8).

Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

І: напачатку заснаваў Ты, Госпадзе, зямлю, і нябёсы — дзе́ла рук Тваіх;

And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:

яны пагібнуць, а Ты трываеш; і ўсе́, быццам вопратка, пастарэюць,

They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment;

і, як вопратку, скруціш іх, і пераме́няцца; але Ты — Той Самы, і гады́ Твае́ ня скончацца (Псальм 101:26−28).

And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.

Каму із Ангелаў сказаў Ён калі: Сядзь праваруч Мяне́, дакуль пакладу ворагаў Тваіх за падножжа ног Тваіх? (Псальм 109:2.)

But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?

Ці ня ўсе́ яны — служэбныя духі, пасланыя на служэньне дзеля тых, што маюць збаўле́ньне ўнасьле́даваць?

Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
