Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers,

Шчасны чалавек, які не ідзе за парадай бязбожных, і на дарогу грэшнікаў не ступае, і не сядзіць у зборышчы насмешнікаў,

but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.

але ў законе Божым воля яго, і пра закон Яго разважае ён днём і ноччу.

That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither — whatever they do prospers.

І будзе ён, як дрэва паблізу цячэння вод, якое дае плод у свой час і лістота якога не вяне; і ўсё, што ён робіць, будзе ўдавацца яму.

Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away.

Не гэтак ліхадзеі, не гэтак! Бо яны — як пыл, што вецер разносіць.

Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.

Таму і не ўстаяць бязбожныя на судзе, ані грэшнікі на сходзе справядлівых,

For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.

бо Госпад рупіцца пра шлях справядлівых, а дарога бязбожных загіне.
