Кожны, хто ве́руе, што Іісус гэта Хрыстос, той ад Бога наро́джаны, і кожны, хто лю́біць Таго, Хто нарадзíў, лю́біць і наро́джанага ад Яго.

Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him.

Што лю́бім дзяцей Божых, мы пазнаём па тым, што лю́бім Бога і выко́нваем за́паведзі Яго.

By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments.

Бо ў тым любоў да Бога, каб мы выко́нвалі за́паведзі Яго; а за́паведзі Яго не ця́жкія.

For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.

Таму што ўсё, наро́джанае ад Бога, перамага́е свет; і вось перамо́га, якая перамагла́ свет: вера наша.

For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world — [a]our faith.

Хто перамага́е свет, як не той, хто ве́руе, што Іісус ёсць Сын Божы?

Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

Гэта Той Іісус Хрыстос, Які прыйшо́ў вадою, і крывёю, і Ду́хам, не вадою толькі, а вадою і крывёю; і Дух сведчыць пра Яго, таму што Дух ёсць íсціна.

This is He who came by water and blood — Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth.

Бо трое све́дчаць на небе: Айцец, Сло́ва і Святы́ Дух; і Гэтыя трое ёсць адно.

For there are three that bear witness [b]in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.

І трое све́дчаць на зямлі: дух, вада і кроў; і гэтыя трое — пра адно.

And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one.

Калі мы прыма́ем све́дчанне людзей, то све́дчанне Бога — бо́льшае, таму што гэта сва́дчанне Бога, якім Ён засве́дчыў пра Сы́на Свайго.

If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater; for this is the witness of [c]God which He has testified of His Son.

Хто ве́руе ў Сына Божага, той ма́е све́дчанне ў сабе самíм; хто не ве́руе ў Бога, той робіць Яго лгуно́м, бо не ве́рыць све́дчанню, якім Бог засве́дчыў пра Сы́на Свайго.

He who believes in the Son of God has the witness in himself; he who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed the testimony that God has given of His Son.

І вось гэтае све́дчанне: Бог даў нам жыццё ве́чнае, і гэтае жыццё — у Сы́не Яго.

And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.

Хто ма́е Сына Божага, той ма́е жыццё; хто не ма́е Сына Божага, той не ма́е жыцця́.

He who has the Son has [d]life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

Гэта напіса́ў я вам, хто веруе ў імя́ Сына Божага, каб вы ведалі, што вы ма́еце жыццё вечнае, і каб ве́равалі ў імя́ Сына Божага.

These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, [e]and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

І вось якую адва́гу мы маем да Яго: калі про́сім чаго́сьці па волі Яго, то Ён слу́хае нас.

Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

А калі мы ве́даем, што Ён слу́хае нас, чаго б мы ні прасíлі, то ве́даем, што атры́мліваем тое, чаго прасíлі ў Яго.

And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.

Калі хто ба́чыць брата свайго, які саграша́е грахом не на сме́рць, то няхай мо́ліцца, і Бог дасць жыццё яму — таму, які саграша́е не на смерць. Ёсць грэх на смерць, не пра такі кажу́, каб ён малíўся.

If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin which does not lead to death, he will ask, and He will give him life for those who commit sin not leading to death. There is sin leading to death. I do not say that he should pray about that.

Усякая няпра́веднасць — гэта грэх; але ёсць грэх не на смерць.

All unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin not leading to death.

Мы ведаем, што кожны, наро́джаны ад Бога, не грашы́ць; але наро́джаны ад Бога захо́ўвае сябе, і ліхí не дакрана́ецца да яго.

We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps[f] [g]himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.

Мы ве́даем, што мы ад Бога і што ўвесь свет ляжы́ць у зле.

We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one.

Ведаем таксама, што Сын Божы прыйшоў і даў нам святло і розум, каб мы спазна́лі Бога íсціннага, і мы ёсць у íсцінным Сыне Яго Іісусе Хрысце́. Ён — íсцінны Бог і жыццё ве́чнае.

And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.

Дзеткі! захо́ўвайце сябе ад íдалаў. Амíнь.

Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.
