Из голубой же, пурпуровой и червленой [шерсти] сделали они служебные одежды, для служения во святилище; также сделали священные одежды Аарону, как повелел Господь Моисею.

The craftsmen made beautiful sacred garments of blue, purple, and scarlet cloth — clothing for Aaron to wear while ministering in the Holy Place, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.Making the Ephod2

И сделал ефод из золота, из голубой, пурпуровой и червленой [шерсти] и из крученого виссона;

He made gold thread by hammering out thin sheets of gold and cutting it into fine strands. With great skill and care, he worked it into the fine linen with the blue, purple, and scarlet thread.

и разбили они золото в листы и вытянули нити, чтобы воткать их между голубыми, пурпуровыми, червлеными и виссонными [нитями,] искусною работою.

The ephod consisted of two pieces, front and back, joined at the shoulders with two shoulder-pieces.

И сделали у него нарамники связывающие; на обоих концах своих он был связан.

The decorative sash was made of the same materials: finely woven linen embroidered with gold and with blue, purple, and scarlet thread, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

И пояс ефода, который поверх его, одинаковой с ним работы, [сделан был] из золота, из голубой, пурпуровой и червленой [шерсти] и крученого виссона, как повелел Господь Моисею.

They mounted the two onyx stones in settings of gold filigree. The stones were engraved with the names of the tribes of Israel, just as a seal is engraved.

И обделали камни ониксовые, вставив их в золотые гнезда и вырезав на них имена сынов Израилевых, как вырезывают на печати;

He fastened these stones on the shoulder-pieces of the ephod as a reminder that the priest represents the people of Israel. All this was done just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

и положил он их на нарамники ефода, в память сынов Израилевых, как повелел Господь Моисею.

Bezalel made the chestpiece with great skill and care. He made it to match the ephod, using finely woven linen embroidered with gold and with blue, purple, and scarlet thread.

И сделал наперсник искусною работою, такою же работою, как ефод, из золота, из голубой, пурпуровой и червленой [шерсти] и из крученого виссона;

He made the chestpiece of a single piece of cloth folded to form a pouch nine inchesb square.

он был четыреугольный; двойной сделали они наперсник в пядень длиною и в пядень шириною, двойной он был;

They mounted four rows of gemstonesc on it. The first row contained a red carnelian, a pale-green peridot, and an emerald.

и вставили в него в четыре ряда камни. Рядом: рубин, топаз, изумруд, — это первый ряд;

The second row contained a turquoise, a blue lapis lazuli, and a white moonstone.

во втором ряду: карбункул, сапфир и алмаз;

The third row contained an orange jacinth, an agate, and a purple amethyst.

в третьем ряду: яхонт, агат и аметист;

The fourth row contained a blue-green beryl, an onyx, and a green jasper. All these stones were set in gold filigree.

в четвертом ряду: хризолит, оникс и яспис; и вставлены они в золотых гнездах.

Each stone represented one of the twelve sons of Israel, and the name of that tribe was engraved on it like a seal.

Камней было по числу имен сынов Израилевых: двенадцать было их, по числу имен их, и на каждом из них вырезано было, [как] на печати, по одному имени, для двенадцати колен.

To attach the chestpiece to the ephod, they made braided cords of pure gold thread.

К наперснику сделали толстые цепочки витою работою из чистого золота;

They also made two settings of gold filigree and two gold rings and attached them to the top corners of the chestpiece.

и сделали два золотых гнезда и два золотых кольца и прикрепили два кольца к двум концам наперсника;

They tied the two gold cords to the rings on the chestpiece.

и вдели обе плетеные цепочки из золота в два кольца по концам наперсника,

They tied the other ends of the cords to the gold settings on the shoulder-pieces of the ephod.

а два конца двух цепочек прикрепили к двум гнездам и прикрепили их к нарамникам ефода с лицевой стороны его;

Then they made two more gold rings and attached them to the inside edges of the chestpiece next to the ephod.

еще сделали два кольца золотых и прикрепили к двум [другим] концам наперсника, на той стороне, которая находится к ефоду внутрь;

Then they made two more gold rings and attached them to the front of the ephod, below the shoulder-pieces, just above the knot where the decorative sash was fastened to the ephod.

и еще сделали два кольца золотых и прикрепили их к двум нарамникам ефода снизу, с лицевой стороны его, у соединения его над поясом ефода;

They attached the bottom rings of the chestpiece to the rings on the ephod with blue cords. In this way, the chestpiece was held securely to the ephod above the decorative sash. All this was done just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

и прикрепили наперсник кольцами его к кольцам ефода посредством шнура из голубой [шерсти,] чтобы он был над поясом ефода, и чтобы не отставал наперсник от ефода, как повелел Господь Моисею.

Bezalel made the robe that is worn with the ephod from a single piece of blue woven cloth,

И сделал верхнюю ризу к ефоду, тканую, всю из голубой [шерсти,]

with an opening for Aaron’s head in the middle of it. The opening was reinforced with a woven collard so it would not tear.

и среди верхней ризы отверстие, как отверстие у брони, и вокруг него обшивку, чтобы не дралось;

They made pomegranates of blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, and attached them to the hem of the robe.

по подолу верхней ризы сделали они яблоки из голубой, пурпуровой и червленой [шерсти;]

They also made bells of pure gold and placed them between the pomegranates along the hem of the robe,

и сделали позвонки из чистого золота и повесили позвонки между яблоками по подолу верхней ризы кругом;

with bells and pomegranates alternating all around the hem. This robe was to be worn whenever the priest ministered before the LORD, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

позвонок и яблоко, позвонок и яблоко, по подолу верхней ризы кругом для служения, как повелел Господь Моисею.

They made tunics for Aaron and his sons from fine linen cloth.

И сделали для Аарона и для сыновей его хитоны из виссона, тканые,

The turban and the special head coverings were made of fine linen, and the undergarments were also made of finely woven linen.

и кидар из виссона, и головные повязки из виссона, и нижнее льняное платье из крученого виссона,

The sashes were made of finely woven linen and embroidered with blue, purple, and scarlet thread, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

и пояс из крученого виссона и из голубой, пурпуровой и червленой [шерсти,] узорчатой работы, как повелел Господь Моисею.

Finally, they made the sacred medallion — the badge of holiness — of pure gold. They engraved it like a seal with these words: Holy to the Lord.

И сделали полированную дощечку, диадиму святыни, из чистого золота, и начертали на ней письмена, как вырезывают на печати: Святыня Господня;

They attached the medallion with a blue cord to Aaron’s turban, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

и прикрепили к ней шнур из голубой [шерсти,] чтобы привязать ее к кидару сверху, как повелел Господь Моисею.

And so at last the Tabernaclee was finished. The Israelites had done everything just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

Так кончена была вся работа для скинии собрания; и сделали сыны Израилевы всё: как повелел Господь Моисею, так и сделали.

And they brought the entire Tabernacle to Moses: the sacred tent with all its furnishings, clasps, frames, crossbars, posts, and bases;

И принесли к Моисею скинию, покров и все принадлежности ее, крючки ее, брусья ее, шесты ее, столбы ее и подножия ее,

the tent coverings of tanned ram skins and fine goatskin leather; the inner curtain to shield the Ark;

покров из кож бараньих красных и покров из кож синих и завесу закрывающую,

the Ark of the Covenantf and its carrying poles; the Ark’s cover — the place of atonement;

ковчег откровения и шесты его, и крышку,

the table and all its utensils; the Bread of the Presence;

стол со всеми принадлежностями его и хлебы предложения,

the pure gold lampstand with its symmetrical lamp cups, all its accessories, and the olive oil for lighting;

светильник из чистого золота, лампады его, лампады расставленные на нем и все принадлежности его, и елей для освещения,

the gold altar; the anointing oil and fragrant incense; the curtain for the entrance of the sacred tent;

золотой жертвенник и елей помазания, и благовония для курения, и завесу ко входу в скинию,

the bronze altar; the bronze grating and its carrying poles and utensils; the washbasin with its stand;

жертвенник медный и медную решетку к нему, шесты его и все принадлежности его, умывальник и подножие его,

the curtains for the walls of the courtyard; the posts and their bases; the curtain for the entrance to the courtyard; the ropes and tent pegs; all the furnishings to be used in worship at the Tabernacle;

завесы двора, столбы и подножия, завесу к воротам двора, веревки и колья и все вещи, принадлежащие к служению в скинии собрания,

the beautifully stitched garments for the priests to wear while ministering in the Holy Place — the sacred garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments for his sons to wear as they minister as priests.

одежды служебные для служения во святилище, священные одежды Аарону священнику и одежды сыновьям его для священнодействия.

So the people of Israel followed all of the LORD’s instructions to Moses.

Как повелел Господь Моисею, так и сделали сыны Израилевы все сии работы.

Then Moses inspected all their work. When he found it had been done just as the LORD had commanded him, he blessed them.

И увидел Моисей всю работу, и вот они сделали ее: как повелел Господь, так и сделали. И благословил их Моисей.
