Adam, Seth, Enosh,

Кенан, Малаліэль, Ярэд,

Cainan, Mahalalel, Jared,

Гэнох, Матусал, Ламэх,

Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech,

Ной, Сэм, Хам і Яфэт.

Noah,[a] Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

Сыны Яфэта: Гамэр, Магог, Мадай і Яван, Тубал, Масок, Тыр.

The sons of Japheth were Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras.

А сыны Гамэра: Аскеназ, і Рыфат, і Тагарма.

The sons of Gomer were Ashkenaz, [b]Diphath, and Togarmah.

А сыны Явана: Эліса, і Тарсіс, Гет і Рода.

The sons of Javan were Elishah, [c]Tarshishah, Kittim, and [d]Rodanim.

Сыны Хама: Куш і Міцраім, Пут і Ханаан.

The sons of Ham were Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.

А сыны Куша: Саба і Хавіла, Сабата, і Рэгма, і Сабатаха. А сыны Рэгмы: Саба і Дэдан.

The sons of Cush were Seba, Havilah, [e]Sabta, [f]Raama, and Sabtecha. The sons of Raama were Sheba and Dedan.

Куш жа быў бацькам Німрода: ён быў першым волатам на зямлі.

Cush begot Nimrod; he began to be a mighty one on the earth.

Міцраім жа быў бацькам Луда і Анама, і Лааба, і Нафтуа,

Mizraim begot Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim,

Патруса, і таксама Каслуха: з іх узніклі Філістын і Кафтор.

Pathrusim, Casluhim (from whom came the Philistines and the Caphtorim).

А Ханаан быў бацькам Сідона — першароднага, Хета,

Canaan begot Sidon, his firstborn, and Heth;

Евусея, і таксама Амарэя, і Гергесея

the Jebusite, the Amorite, and the Girgashite;

і Гівея, і Арацэя, і Сінэя,

the Hivite, the Arkite, and the Sinite;

а таксама Арадзія, і Самарэя, і Эматэя.

the Arvadite, the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.

Сыны Сэма: Элам, і Асур, і Арпаксад, і Луд, і Арам. А сыны Арама: Уц, і Гул, і Гетэр, і Мэс.

The sons of Shem were Elam, Asshur, Arphaxad, Lud, Aram, Uz, Hul, Gether, and [g]Meshech.

Арпаксад жа быў бацькам Салы, які і быў бацькам Гебэра.

Arphaxad begot Shelah, and Shelah begot Eber.

А ў Гебэра нарадзілася два сыны: адзін на імя Пэлег, бо ў яго дні раздзялілася зямля, і імя брата яго Ектан.

To Eber were born two sons: the name of one was [h]Peleg, for in his days the [i]earth was divided; and his brother’s name was Joktan.

Ектан жа быў бацькам Эльмадада, і Салефа, і Асармота, і Ярэ,

Joktan begot Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah,

таксама Адарама, і Узала, і Дэклы,

Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah,

таксама Абала, і Абімаэля, і Сабы,

[j]Ebal, Abimael, Sheba,

і Афіра, і Хавіла, і Ёбаба; усе яны сыны Ектана.

Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.

Сэм, Арпаксад, Сала,

Shem, Arphaxad, Shelah,

Гебэр, Пэлег, Рэў,

Eber, Peleg, Reu,

Сэруг, Нахор, Тэрах,

Serug, Nahor, Terah,

Абрам, ён жа Абрагам.

and Abram, who is Abraham.

А сыны Абрагама: Ізаак і Ізмаэль.

The sons of Abraham were Isaac and Ishmael.

І вось іх радаводы: першародны Ізмаэля — Набаёт, і Кедар, і Адбээль, і Мабсам,

These are their genealogies: The firstborn of Ishmael was Nebajoth; then Kedar, Adbeel, Mibsam,

Масма і Дума, Маса, Хадад і Тэма,

Mishma, Dumah, Massa, [k]Hadad, Tema,

Етур, Нафіс, Цэдма, гэта сыны Ізмаэля.

Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah. These were the sons of Ishmael.

Сыны ж Кетуры, наложніцы Абрагама, якіх нарадзіла: Замран, Ексан, Мадан, Мадыян, Ісбак, Суэ. А сыны Ексана: Саба і Дэдан. Сыны ж Дэдана: Асурым, і Летусім, і Леўмім.

Now the sons born to Keturah, Abraham’s concubine, were Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. The sons of Jokshan were Sheba and Dedan.

А сыны Мадыяна: Эфа, і Эфэр, і Гэнох, і Абіда, і Эльдаа. Усе яны сыны Кетуры.

The sons of Midian were Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, Abida, and Eldaah. All these were the children of Keturah.

А Абрагам быў бацькам Ізаака, сынамі якога былі Эзаў і Ізраэль.

And Abraham begot Isaac. The sons of Isaac were Esau and Israel.

Сыны Эзава: Эліфаз, Рагуэль, Ягус, Ялам, Корэ.

The sons of Esau were Eliphaz, Reuel, Jeush, Jaalam, and Korah.

Сыны Эліфаза: Тэман, Амар, Сэфо, Гатам, Кенэз, Тамна, Амалек.

And the sons of Eliphaz were Teman, Omar, [l]Zephi, Gatam, and Kenaz; and by Timna, Amalek.

Сыны Рагуэля: Нагат, Зара, Сама і Міза.

The sons of Reuel were Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.

Сыны Сэіра: Лотан, Сабал, Цыбэон, Ана, Дышон, Эцэр, Дышан.

The sons of Seir were Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah, Dishon, Ezer, and Dishan.

Сыны Лотана: Горы, Гемам; Тамна ж была сястрой Лотана.

And the sons of Lotan were Hori and [m]Homam; Lotan’s sister was Timna.

Сыны Сабала: Алван, і Манагат, і Эбал, і Сэфо, і Анам. Сыны Цыбэона: Ая і Ана.

The sons of Shobal were [n]Alian, Manahath, Ebal, [o]Shephi, and Onam. The sons of Zibeon were Ajah and Anah.

Сыны Аны: Дышон. Сыны Дышона: Гемдан, і Эсбан, і Етра, і Харан.

The son of Anah was Dishon. The sons of Dishon were [p]Hamran, Eshban, Ithran, and Cheran.

Сыны Эцэра: Більган, і Заван, і Якан. Сыны Дышана: Уц і Аран.

The sons of Ezer were Bilhan, Zaavan, and [q]Jaakan. The sons of Dishan were Uz and Aran.

Гэта цары, якія валадарылі на зямлі Эдома перш, чым заваладарыў цар над сынамі Ізраэля: Бэла, сын Бэора, і імя горада яго Дэнаба.

Now these were the kings who reigned in the land of Edom before a king reigned over the children of Israel: Bela the son of Beor, and the name of his city was Dinhabah.

Бэла памёр, і на яго месцы цараваў Ёбаб, сын Зары з Босры.

And when Bela died, Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his place.

І, калі памёр Ёбаб, па ім цараваў Гусам з зямлі Тэман.

When Jobab died, Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his place.

Адышоў таксама Гусам, і па ім цараваў Адад, сын Бэдада, які ўдарыў Мадыяна ў зямлі Мааб, і горад яго завецца Авіт.

And when Husham died, Hadad the son of Bedad, who [r]attacked Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his place. The name of his city was Avith.

І па смерці Адада, па ім цараваў Сэмля з Масрэкі.

When Hadad died, Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his place.

Але і Сэмля памёр; і па ім цараваў Саўл з Рэхабота, што каля ракі.

And when Samlah died, Saul of Rehoboth-by-the-River reigned in his place.

Па смерці таксама і Саўла, цараваў па ім Баал-Ханан, сын Ахабора.

When Saul died, Baal-Hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his place.

Але і ён памёр, і па ім цараваў Адад, якога горад называўся Паў; імя яго жонкі Мээтабэль, дачка Матрэд, дачкі Мэзагаба.

And when Baal-Hanan died, [s]Hadad reigned in his place; and the name of his city was [t]Pai. His wife’s name was Mehetabel the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.

А па смерці Адада князямі замест цароў у Эдоме былі: князь Тамна, князь Алва, князь Етэт,

Hadad died also. And the chiefs of Edom were Chief Timnah, Chief [u]Aliah, Chief Jetheth,

князь Агалібама, князь Эла, князь Пінон,

Chief Aholibamah, Chief Elah, Chief Pinon,

князь Кенэз, князь Тэман, князь Мабцар,

Chief Kenaz, Chief Teman, Chief Mibzar,

князь Магдыэль, князь Ірам. Яны былі кіраўнікамі Эдома.

Chief Magdiel, and Chief Iram. These were the chiefs of Edom.
