Now the Lord called to Moses, and spoke to him from the tabernacle of meeting, saying,

Господь воззвал к Моисею и говорил с ним из шатра собрания, Он сказал:

“Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When any one of you brings an offering to the Lord, you shall bring your offering of the livestock — of the herd and of the flock.

"Скажи израильскому народу: когда приносишь дар Господу, то приноси из своих домашних животных — корову, овцу или козу.

‘If his offering is a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish; he shall offer it of his own free will at the door of the tabernacle of meeting before the Lord.

Если кто приносит в жертву всесожжения одну из своих коров, то это должен быть бык, в котором нет изъяна. Пусть тот человек приведёт животное ко входу в шатёр собрания, и Господь тогда примет приношение.

Then he shall put his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it will be accepted on his behalf to make atonement for him.

И пусть тот человек положит руку на голову животного, и Господь примет это приношение как плату за очищение того человека.

He shall kill the bull before the Lord; and the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall bring the blood and sprinkle the blood all around on the altar that is by the door of the tabernacle of meeting.

Тот человек пусть заколет бычка перед Господом, а потом сыновья Аарона, священники, пусть принесут кровь к алтарю у входа в шатёр собрания и окропят кровью алтарь со всех сторон.

And he shall skin the burnt offering and cut it into its pieces.

Пусть священник снимет с этого животного кожу, а потом разрежет его на части.

The sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire on the altar, and lay the wood in order on the fire.

Сыновья Аарона, священники, пусть положат на алтарь огонь и на огне пусть разложат дрова.

Then the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall lay the parts, the head, and the fat in order on the wood that is on the fire upon the altar;

Сыновья Аарона, священники, пусть разложат части, голову и жир, на дровах, которые на огне алтаря.

but he shall wash its entrails and its legs with water. And the priest shall burn all on the altar as a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, a sweet[a] aroma to the Lord.

Пусть священник вымоет водой ноги и внутренности животного, а потом сожжёт все части животного на алтаре. Это — приношение сожжением, приношение огнём, его благоухание приятно Господу.

‘If his offering is of the flocks — of the sheep or of the goats — as a burnt sacrifice, he shall bring a male without blemish.

Если человек жертвует в приношение сожжением овцу или козу, то пусть это будет животное мужского пола, в котором нет никакого изъяна.

He shall kill it on the north side of the altar before the Lord; and the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall sprinkle its blood all around on the altar.

Пусть человек заколет животное перед Господом на северной стороне алтаря, а затем сыновья Аарона, священники, пусть покропят кровью животного алтарь со всех сторон.

And he shall cut it into its pieces, with its head and its fat; and the priest shall lay them in order on the wood that is on the fire upon the altar;

Пусть священник разрежет животное на части и разложит его голову и жир, на дровах, которые на огне алтаря.

but he shall wash the entrails and the legs with water. Then the priest shall bring it all and burn it on the altar; it is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, a sweet aroma to the Lord.

Пусть священник вымоет ноги и внутренности животного, а потом принесёт все его части и сожжёт животное на алтаре. Это будет приношение сожжением, приношение огнём, его благоухание приятно Господу.

‘And if the burnt sacrifice of his offering to the Lord is of birds, then he shall bring his offering of turtledoves or young pigeons.

Если человек жертвует птицу для приношения Господу всесожжением, то пусть это будет горлица или молодой голубь.

The priest shall bring it to the altar, [b]wring off its head, and burn it on the altar; its blood shall be drained out at the side of the altar.

Пусть священник принесёт птицу к алтарю, свернёт ей шею, сожжёт её на жертвеннике и сцедит кровь птицы по стене жертвенника.

And he shall remove its crop with its feathers and cast it beside the altar on the east side, into the place for ashes.

Пусть священник вынет зоб и вместе с перьями птицы бросит его с восточной стороны алтаря, куда сметают пепел.

Then he shall split it at its wings, but shall not divide it completely; and the priest shall burn it on the altar, on the wood that is on the fire. It is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, a [c]sweet aroma to the Lord.

Затем пусть он надломит крылья птицы, но не разделяет её на части, а сожжёт на алтаре, на дровах, которые на огне. Это приношение сожжением, приношение огнём, его благоухание приятно Господу".
