Thus says the Lord: “Heaven is My throne, And earth is My footstool. Where is the house that you will build Me? And where is the place of My rest?

Так говори́т Госпо́дь: не́бо — престо́л Мой, а земля́ — подно́жие ног Мои́х; где же постро́ите вы дом для Меня́, и где ме́сто поко́я Моего́?

For all those things My hand has made, And all those things exist,” Says the Lord. “But on this one will I look: On him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, And who trembles at My word.

И́бо всё э́то соде́лала рука́ Моя́, и всё сие́ бы́ло, говори́т Госпо́дь. А вот на кого́ Я призрю́: на смире́нного и сокрушённого ду́хом и на трепе́щущего пред сло́вом Мои́м.

“He who kills a bull is as if he slays a man; He who sacrifices a lamb, as if he breaks a dog’s neck; He who offers a grain offering, as if he offers swine’s blood; He who burns incense, as if he blesses an idol. Just as they have chosen their own ways, And their soul delights in their abominations,

закола́ющий вола́ — то же, что убива́ющий челове́ка; принося́щий а́гнца в же́ртву — то же, что задуша́ющий пса; принося́щий семида́л — то же, что принося́щий свину́ю кровь; воскуря́ющий фимиа́м — то же, что моля́щийся и́долу; и как они́ избра́ли со́бственные свои́ пути́, и душа́ их нахо́дит удово́льствие в ме́рзостях их, —

So will I choose their delusions, And bring their fears on them; Because, when I called, no one answered, When I spoke they did not hear; But they did evil before My eyes, And chose that in which I do not delight.”

так и Я употреблю́ их обольще́ние и наведу́ на них ужа́сное для них: потому́ что Я звал, и не́ бы́ло отвеча́ющего, говори́л, и они́ не слу́шали, а де́лали зло́е в оча́х Мои́х и избира́ли то, что неуго́дно Мне.

Hear the word of the Lord, You who tremble at His word: “Your brethren who hated you, Who cast you out for My name’s sake, said, ‘Let the Lord be glorified, That we may see your joy.’ But they shall be ashamed.”

Вы́слушайте сло́во Го́спода, трепе́щущие пред сло́вом Его́: ва́ши бра́тья, ненави́дящие вас и изгоня́ющие вас за и́мя Моё, говоря́т: «пусть я́вит Себя́ в сла́ве Госпо́дь, и мы посмо́трим на весе́лие ва́ше». Но они́ бу́дут посты́жены.

The sound of noise from the city! A voice from the temple! The voice of the Lord, Who fully repays His enemies!

Вот, шум из го́рода, го́лос из хра́ма, го́лос Го́спода, воздаю́щего возме́здие врага́м Свои́м.

“Before she was in labor, she gave birth; Before her pain came, She delivered a male child.

Ещё не му́чилась ро́дами, а родила́; пре́жде не́жели наступи́ли бо́ли её, разреши́лась сы́ном.

Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things? Shall the earth be made to give birth in one day? Or shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion was in labor, She gave birth to her children.

Кто слыха́л таково́е? кто вида́л подо́бное э́тому? возника́ла ли страна́ в оди́н день? рожда́лся ли наро́д в оди́н раз, как Сио́н, едва́ на́чал ро́дами му́читься, роди́л сыно́в свои́х?

Shall I bring to the time of birth, and not cause delivery?” says the Lord. “Shall I who cause delivery shut up the womb?” says your God.

Доведу́ ли Я до ро́дов, и не дам роди́ть? говори́т Госпо́дь. И́ли, дава́я си́лу роди́ть, заключу́ ли утро́бу? говори́т Бог твой.

“Rejoice with Jerusalem, And be glad with her, all you who love her; Rejoice for joy with her, all you who mourn for her;

Возвесели́тесь с Иерусали́мом и ра́дуйтесь о нём, все лю́бящие его́! возра́дуйтесь с ним ра́достью, все се́товавшие о нём,

That you may feed and be satisfied With the consolation of her bosom, That you may drink deeply and be delighted With the abundance of her glory.”

что́бы вам пита́ться и насыща́ться от сосцо́в утеше́ний его́, упива́ться и наслажда́ться преизбы́тком сла́вы его́.

For thus says the Lord: “Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, And the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream. Then you shall feed; On her sides shall you be carried, And be dandled on her knees.

И́бо так говори́т Госпо́дь: вот, Я направля́ю к нему́ мир как ре́ку, и бога́тство наро́дов — как разлива́ющийся пото́к для наслажде́ния ва́шего; на рука́х бу́дут носи́ть вас и на коле́нях ласка́ть.

As one whom his mother comforts, So I will comfort you; And you shall be comforted in Jerusalem.”

Как утеша́ет кого́-ли́бо мать его́, так уте́шу Я вас, и вы бу́дете уте́шены в Иерусали́ме.

When you see this, your heart shall rejoice, And your bones shall flourish like grass; The hand of the Lord shall be known to His servants, And His indignation to His enemies.

И уви́дите э́то, и возра́дуется се́рдце ва́ше, и ко́сти ва́ши расцвету́т, как молода́я зе́лень, и откро́ется рука́ Го́спода раба́м Его́, а на враго́в Свои́х Он разгне́вается.

For behold, the Lord will come with fire And with His chariots, like a whirlwind, To render His anger with fury, And His rebuke with flames of fire.

И́бо вот, придёт Госпо́дь в огне́, и колесни́цы Его́ — как вихрь, что́бы изли́ть гнев Свой с я́ростью и преще́ние Своё с пыла́ющим огнём.

For by fire and by His sword The Lord will judge all flesh; And the slain of the Lord shall be many.

И́бо Госпо́дь с огнём и мечо́м Свои́м произведёт суд над вся́кою пло́тью, и мно́го бу́дет поражённых Го́сподом.

“Those who sanctify themselves and purify themselves, To go to the gardens [a]After an idol in the midst, Eating swine’s flesh and the abomination and the mouse, Shall [b]be consumed together,” says the Lord.

Те, кото́рые освяща́ют и очища́ют себя́ в ро́щах, оди́н за други́м, едя́т свино́е мя́со и ме́рзость и мыше́й, — все поги́бнут, говори́т Госпо́дь.

“For I know their works and their thoughts. It shall be that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come and see My glory.

И́бо Я зна́ю дея́ния их и мы́сли их; и вот, приду́ собра́ть все наро́ды и языки́, и они́ приду́т и уви́дят сла́ву Мою́.

I will set a sign among them; and those among them who escape I will send to the nations: to Tarshish and [c]Pul and Lud, who draw the bow, and Tubal and Javan, to the coastlands afar off who have not heard My fame nor seen My glory. And they shall declare My glory among the Gentiles.

И положу́ на них знаме́ние, и пошлю́ из спасённых от них к наро́дам: в Фарси́с, к Пу́лу и Лу́ду, к натя́гивающим лук, к Туба́лу и Ява́ну, на да́льние острова́, кото́рые не слы́шали обо Мне́ и не ви́дели сла́вы Мое́й: и они́ возвестя́т наро́дам сла́ву Мою́

Then they shall bring all your brethren for an offering to the Lord out of all nations, on horses and in chariots and in litters, on mules and on camels, to My holy mountain Jerusalem,” says the Lord, “as the children of Israel bring an offering in a clean vessel into the house of the Lord.

и предста́вят всех бра́тьев ва́ших от всех наро́дов в дар Го́споду на коня́х и колесни́цах, и на носи́лках, и на му́лах, и на бы́стрых верблю́дах, на святу́ю го́ру Мою́, в Иерусали́м, говори́т Госпо́дь, — подо́бно тому́, как сыны́ Изра́илевы прино́сят дар в дом Го́спода в чи́стом сосу́де.

And I will also take some of them for priests and Levites,” says the Lord.

Из них бу́ду брать та́кже в свяще́нники и леви́ты, говори́т Госпо́дь.

“For as the new heavens and the new earth Which I will make shall remain before Me,” says the Lord, “So shall your descendants and your name remain.

И́бо, как но́вое не́бо и но́вая земля́, кото́рые Я сотворю́, всегда́ бу́дут пред лицо́м Мои́м, говори́т Госпо́дь, так бу́дет и се́мя ва́ше и и́мя ва́ше.

And it shall come to pass That from one New Moon to another, And from one Sabbath to another, All flesh shall come to worship before Me,” says the Lord.

Тогда́ из ме́сяца в ме́сяц и из суббо́ты в суббо́ту бу́дет приходи́ть вся́кая плоть пред лицо́ Моё на поклоне́ние, говори́т Госпо́дь.

“And they shall go forth and look Upon the corpses of the men Who have transgressed against Me. For their worm does not die, And their fire is not quenched. They shall be an abhorrence to all flesh.”

И бу́дут выходи́ть и уви́дят тру́пы люде́й, отступи́вших от Меня́: и́бо червь их не умрёт, и ого́нь их не уга́снет; и бу́дут они́ ме́рзостью для вся́кой пло́ти.
