Hallelujah! Praise Jehovah from the heavens; praise him in the heights.

Аллилуйя! Славьте Господа с небес, в высотах прославляйте Его.

Praise ye him, all his angels; praise ye him, all his hosts.

Славьте Его, все Его ангелы, славьте Его, все Его воинства.

Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all ye stars of light.

Славьте Его, солнце и луна, славьте Его, все блистающие звезды.

Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that are above the heavens.

Славьте Его, небеса небес, и воды, которые выше небес[293].

Let them praise the name of Jehovah, for he it is that commanded, and they were created:

Пусть славят имя Господа, потому что Он повелел — и они были созданы.

And he established them for ever and ever; he made [for them] a statute which shall not pass.

Он утвердил их навечно, дал установление, которое не отменить.

Praise Jehovah from the earth, ye sea-monsters, and all deeps;

Славьте Господа с земли, морские чудовища и все водные глубины,

Fire and hail, snow and vapour, stormy wind fulfilling his word;

молния и град, снег и туман, бурный ветер, исполняющий Его слово,

Mountains and all hills, fruit-trees and all cedars;

горы и все холмы, плодовые деревья и все кедры,

Beasts and all cattle, creeping things and winged fowl;

звери и всякий скот, пресмыкающиеся и крылатые птицы,

Kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all judges of the earth;

земные цари и все народы, правители и все судьи земные,

Both young men and maidens, old men with youths, --

юноши и девушки, пожилые люди и дети,

Let them praise the name of Jehovah: for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is above the earth and the heavens.

славьте все имя Господне, потому что только Его имя превознесено! Слава Его выше земли и небес.

And he hath lifted up the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints, [even] of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Hallelujah!

Он вознес рог[294] народа Своего, прославил верных Ему — детей израилевых, близкий Ему народ. Аллилуйя!
