Book of the generation of Jesus Christ, Son of David, Son of Abraham.

Кніга радаво́ду Ісуса Хрыста, сына Давідавага, сына Аўраа́мавага.

Abraham begat Isaac; and Isaac begat Jacob, and Jacob begat Juda and his brethren;

Аўраам спарадзіў Ісаака; Ісаак спарадзіў Якава; Якаў спарадзіў Юду і братоў яго;

and Juda begat Phares and Zara of Thamar; and Phares begat Esrom, and Esrom begat Aram,

Юда спарадзіў Фарэса і Зару ад Фамары; Фарэс спарадзіў Эсрома; Эсром спарадзіў Арама;

and Aram begat Aminadab, and Aminadab begat Naasson, and Naasson begat Salmon,

Арам спарадзіў Амінадава; Амінадаў спарадзіў Наасона; Наасон спарадзіў Салмона;

and Salmon begat Booz of Rachab; and Booz begat Obed of Ruth; and Obed begat Jesse,

Салмон спарадзіў Ваоза ад Рахавы; Ваоз спарадзіў Авіда ад Руфі;

and Jesse begat David the king. And David begat Solomon, of her [that had been the wife] of Urias;

Авід спарадзіў Ясе́я; Ясе́й спарадзіў Давіда цара; Давід цар спарадзіў Салямона ад Ур’явай;

and Solomon begat Roboam, and Roboam begat Abia, and Abia begat Asa,

Салямон спарадзіў Раваама; Раваам спарадзіў Авію; Авія спарадзіў Асу;

and Asa begat Josaphat, and Josaphat begat Joram, and Joram begat Ozias,

Аса спарадзіў Ясафата; Ясафат спарадзіў Ярама; Ярам спарадзіў Озію;

and Ozias begat Joatham, and Joatham begat Achaz, and Achaz begat Ezekias,

Озія спарадзіў Яфама; Яфам спарадзіў Ахаза; Ахаз спарадзіў Язэкію;

and Ezekias begat Manasses, and Manasses begat Amon, and Amon begat Josias,

Язэкія спарадзіў Манасію; Манасія спарадзіў Амона; Амон спарадзіў Іосію;

and Josias begat Jechonias and his brethren, at the time of the carrying away of Babylon.

Іосія спарадзіў Якіма; Якім спарадзіў Яхоньню ды братоў яго, перад перасяленьнем у Вавілон.

And after the carrying away of Babylon, Jechonias begat Salathiel, and Salathiel begat Zorobabel,

Пасьля-ж перасяле́ньня ў Вавілон Яхоньня спарадзіў Саляфііла; Саляфііл спарадзіў Зарававэ́ля;

and Zorobabel begat Abiud, and Abiud begat Eliakim, and Eliakim begat Azor,

Зарававэ́ль спарадзіў Авіуда; Авіуд спарадзіў Эліакіма; Эліакім спарадзіў Азора;

and Azor begat Sadoc, and Sadoc begat Achim, and Achim begat Eliud,

Азор спарадзіў Садока; Садок спарадзіў Ахіма; Ахім спарадзіў Эліуда;

and Eliud begat Eliazar, and Eliazar begat Matthan, and Matthan begat Jacob,

Эліуд спарадзіў Элеазара; Элеазар спарадзіў Матфана; Матфан спарадзіў Якава;

and Jacob begat Joseph, the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.

Якаў спарадзіў Язэпа, мужа Марыі, ад каторай нарадзіўся Ісус, называны Хрыстос.

All the generations, therefore, from Abraham to David [were] fourteen generations; and from David until the carrying away of Babylon, fourteen generations; and from the carrying away of Babylon unto the Christ, fourteen generations.

Гэтак усіх радоў ад Аўраама да Давіда чатырнаццаць радоў; і ад Давіда да перасяле́ньня ў Вавілон чатырнаццаць радоў; і ад перасяленьня ў Вавілон да Хрыста чатырнаццаць радоў.

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was thus: His mother, Mary, that is, having been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found to be with child of [the] Holy Spirit.

Ражство Ісуса Хрыста было вось як: па заручынах маткі Яго Марыі з Язэпам, раней іхняга вясе́льля, выявілася, што яна цяжарная ад Духа Сьвятога.

But Joseph, her husband, being [a] righteous [man], and unwilling to expose her publicly, purposed to have put her away secretly;

Язэп жа, муж яе́, будучы праведным і ня хочучы агаласіць яе́, хаце́ў тайком адпусьціць яе́.

but while he pondered on these things, behold, an angel of [the] Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, Joseph, son of David, fear not to take to [thee] Mary, thy wife, for that which is begotten in her is of [the] Holy Spirit.

Але, калі ён падумаў гэтае, вось Ангел Гасподні зьявіўся яму ўва сьне́ і сказаў: Язэп, сын Давідаў! Ня бойся прыняць Марыю, жонку тваю, бо зарадзіўшаеся ў ёй ёсьць ад Духа Сьвятога;

And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus, for he shall save his people from their sins.

вось жа народзіць Сына, і дасі Яму імя Ісус, бо Ён спасе́ людзе́й Сваіх ад грахоў іх.

Now all this came to pass that that might be fulfilled which was spoken by [the] Lord, through the prophet, saying,

А ўсё гэтае зда́рылася, каб збылося сказанае Госпадам праз прарока, які кажа:

Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which is, being interpreted, 'God with us.'

вось Дзяўчына пры́йме ў нутро і народзіць Сына; і дадуць Яму імя Эмануіл, гэта значыць: з намі Бог (Ісая 7:1).

But Joseph, having awoke up from his sleep, did as the angel of [the] Lord had enjoined him, and took to [him] his wife,

Устаўшы зо́-сну, Язэп зрабіў, як загадаў яму Ангел Гасподні, і прыняў жонку сваю,

and knew her not until she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name Jesus.

і ня ве́даў яе́, ажно нарадзіла Сына свайго першароднага, і ён даў Яму імя: Ісус.
