And Jehovah spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai in the tent of meeting, on the first of the second month, in the second year after their departure from the land of Egypt, saying,

Господь воззвал к Моисею в шатре собрания, в Синайской пустыне, в первый день второго месяца, на второй год после ухода израильского народа из Египта, и сказал:

Take the sum of the whole assembly of the children of Israel, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, every male, according to their polls;

"Пересчитай весь народ Израиля, укажи имя каждого мужчины вместе с его семейством и родом.

from twenty years and upward, all that go forth to military service in Israel: ye shall number them according to their hosts, thou and Aaron.

Сосчитайте всех израильских мужчин от 20 лет и старше, способных служить в израильской армии, и укажите их армию — ты и Аарон.

And with you there shall be a man for every tribe, a man who is the head of his father's house.

От каждого колена будет по одному человеку, возглавляющему этот род.

And these are the names of the men that shall stand with you: for Reuben, Elizur the son of Shedeur;

for Simeon, Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai;

от рода Симеонова — Шелумиил, сын Цуришаддая,

for Judah, Nahshon the son of Amminadab;

for Issachar, Nethaneel the son of Zuar;

от рода Иссахарова — Нафанаил, сын Цуара,

for Zebulun, Eliab the son of Helon;

от рода Завулонова — Елиав, сын Хелона;

for the children of Joseph: for Ephraim, Elishama the son of Ammihud; for Manasseh, Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur;

от потомков Иосифа: от рода Ефремова — Елишама, сын Аммиуда, от рода Манассии — Гамалиил, сын Педацура,

for Benjamin, Abidan the son of Gideoni;

от рода Вениаминова — Авидам, сын Гидеония,

for Dan, Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai;

от рода Данова — Ахиезер, сын Аммишаддая,

for Asher, Pagiel the son of Ocran;

от рода Асирова — Пагиил, сын Охрана,

for Gad, Eliasaph the son of Deuel;

от рода Гадова — Елиасаф, сын Дегуила,

for Naphtali, Ahira the son of Enan.

от рода Неффалимова — Ахира, сын Енана".

These were those summoned of the assembly, princes of the tribes of their fathers, the heads of the thousands of Israel.

Каждый из этих людей должен быть избран народом быть главным в своём роду, они — израильские военачальники.

And Moses and Aaron took these men who are expressed by their names,

Моисей и Аарон взяли этих людей, избранных главными,

and gathered the whole assembly together on the first of the second month. And they declared their pedigrees after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, according to their polls.

созвали весь народ и перечислили всех по их коленам и родам, перечислили всех мужчин от 20 лет и старше.

As Jehovah had commanded Moses, so he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.

Моисей сделал всё, как повелел Господь: пересчитал народ, бывший в Синайской пустыне.

And the sons of Reuben, Israel's eldest son, their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, according to their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

Пересчитали членов рода Рувимова, первенца Израилева, указав имена всех мужчин от 20 лет и старше, способных служить в армии, по их коленам и родам.

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Reuben, were forty-six thousand five hundred.

Всего мужчин, сосчитанных в роду Рувима, было 46500.

Of the sons of Simeon: their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, those that were numbered of them, by the number of the names, according to their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

Пересчитали членов рода Симеонова, указав имена всех мужчин от 20 лет и старше, способных служить в армии, по их семействам и родам.

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Simeon, were fifty-nine thousand three hundred.

Всего мужчин, сосчитанных в роду Симеона, было 59300.

Of the sons of Gad: their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

Пересчитали членов рода Гадова, указав имена всех мужчин от 20 лет и старше, способных служить в армии, по их семействам и родам.

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Gad, were forty-five thousand six hundred and fifty.

Общее число мужчин, сосчитанных в роду Гада, было 45650.

Of the sons of Judah: their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

Пересчитали членов рода Иудина, указав имена всех мужчин от 20 лет и старше, способных служить в армии, по их семействам и родам.

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Judah, were seventy-four thousand six hundred.

Всего мужчин, сосчитанных в роду Иуды, было 74600.

Of the sons of Issachar: their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

Пересчитали членов рода Иссахарова, указав имена всех мужчин от 20 лет и старше, способных служить в армии, по их семействам и родам.

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Issachar, were fifty-four thousand four hundred.

Всего мужчин, сосчитанных в роду Иссахара, было 54400.

Of the sons of Zebulun: their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

Пересчитали членов рода Завулонова, указав имена всех мужчин от 20 лет и старше, способных служить в армии, по их семействам и родам.

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Zebulun, were fifty-seven thousand four hundred.

Всего мужчин, сосчитанных в роду Завулона, было 57400.

Of the sons of Joseph: of the children of Ephraim: their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

Пересчитали членов рода Ефрема, сына Иосифа, указав имена всех мужчин от 20 лет и старше, способных служить в армии, по их коленам и семействам.

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Ephraim, were forty thousand five hundred.

Всего мужчин, сосчитанных в роду Ефрема, было 40500.

Of the children of Manasseh: their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

Пересчитали членов рода другого сына Иосифа, Манассии, указав имена всех мужчин от 20 лет и старше, способных служить в армии, по их коленам и семействам.

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Manasseh, were thirty-two thousand two hundred.

Всего мужчин, сосчитанных в роду Манассии, было 32200.

Of the sons of Benjamin: their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

Пересчитали членов рода Вениаминова, указав имена всех мужчин от 20 лет и старше, способных служить в армии, по их коленам и семействам.

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Benjamin, were thirty-five thousand four hundred.

Всего мужчин, сосчитанных в роду Вениамина, было 35400.

Of the sons of Dan: their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

Пересчитали членов рода Данова, указав имена всех мужчин от 20 лет и старше, способных служить в армии, по их коленам и семействам.

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Dan, were sixty-two thousand seven hundred.

Всего мужчин, сосчитанных в роду Дана, было 62700.

Of the sons of Asher: their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

Пересчитали членов рода Асирова, указав имена всех мужчин от 20 лет и старше, способных служить в армии, по их коленам и семействам.

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Asher, were forty-one thousand five hundred.

Всего мужчин, сосчитанных в роду Асира, было 41500.

Of the sons of Naphtali: their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

Пересчитали членов рода Неффалимова, указав имена всех мужчин от 20 лет и старше, способных служить в армии, по их коленам и семействам.

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Naphtali, were fifty-three thousand four hundred.

Всего мужчин, сосчитанных в роду Неффалима, было 53400.

These are those that were numbered, whom Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel, the twelve men: each one was for the house of his fathers.

Моисей, Аарон и 12 предводителей Израиля, по одному предводителю от каждого рода, пересчитывали этих людей,

And all those that were numbered of the children of Israel, according to their fathers' houses, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service in Israel,

сосчитали всех мужчин от 20 лет и старше, способных служить в армии, и каждый из них был указан по его роду.

all they that were numbered were six hundred and three thousand five hundred and fifty.

Общее число сосчитанных мужчин было 603550.

But the Levites after the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among them.

Семьи из рода Левия не были сосчитаны вместе с остальным народом.

For Jehovah had spoken to Moses, saying,

Господь сказал Моисею:

Only thou shalt not number the tribe of Levi, neither take the sum of them among the children of Israel.

"Не пересчитывай мужчин из рода Левия и не включай их в число остального израильского народа.

But thou, appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of testimony, and over all the vessels thereof, and over all things that belong to it: they shall bear the tabernacle, and all its vessels; and they shall serve it, and round about the tabernacle shall they encamp;

Скажи левитам, что им поручен священный шатёр соглашения. Пусть они отвечают за шатёр и за всё, что в нём, пусть несут священный шатёр и всё, что в нём, и пусть ставят свой стан рядом и отвечают за него.

and when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down; and when the tabernacle encampeth, the Levites shall set it up; and the stranger that cometh near shall be put to death.

Когда нужно будет переносить шатёр, пусть левиты делают это, и когда нужно будет ставить священный шатёр, пусть левиты делают это; они будут отвечать за священный шатёр. Если же кто-нибудь не из левитов попытается служить при шатре, то убейте его.

And the children of Israel shall encamp every man in his camp, and every man by his own standard, according to their hosts;

Пусть израильский народ ставит свои станы ополчениями, каждый пусть ставит стан около своего семейного флага.

but the Levites shall encamp round about the tabernacle of testimony, that there come not wrath upon the assembly of the children of Israel; and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of testimony.

Левиты же пусть ставят свой стан у священного шатра, левиты будут охранять священный шатёр соглашения, чтобы с народом не приключилось беды".

And the children of Israel did so; according to all that Jehovah had commanded Moses, so did they.

И израильский народ исполнил всё, что Господь повелел Моисею.
