Господь сказал Моисею:

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

«Скажи народу Израиля: человек может дать особое обещание Господу. Он может пообещать посвятить человека Господу. И тогда этот человек будет служить Господу особым образом. Священник должен установить цену этому человеку. И если кто захочет выкупить его у Господа, людям необходимо будет заплатить за него эту цену.

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.

Цена мужчины в возрасте от двадцати до шестидесяти лет — 50 серебряных шекелей. (Вы должны пользоваться официальной мерой для серебра).

And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

Цена женщины от двадцати до шестидесяти лет — 30 шекелей.

And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

Цена мужчины от пяти до двадцати лет — 20 шекелей, а женщины от пяти до двадцати лет — 10 шекелей.

And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

Цена ребёнка мужского пола от месячного возраста до пяти лет — 5 шекелей, а женского пола — 3 шекеля.

And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

Цена мужчины от шестидесяти лет и старше — 15 шекелей, а женщины — 10 шекелей.

And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

Если же человек слишком беден, чтобы заплатить такую цену, приведите его к священнику, и тот решит, сколько денег может заплатить этот человек.

But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.

В жертву Господу можно приносить некоторых животных. Если человек приведёт одного из этих животных, оно становится святым.

And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.

Если человек обещает отдать это животное Господу, он не должен пытаться заменить его другим животным, не должен выменивать его на что-то другое, подменять хорошее животное плохим или плохое хорошим. Если же человек всё же попытается заменить животных, то оба животных станут священными и оба будут принадлежать Господу.

He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.

Некоторых животных нельзя приносить в жертву Господу. Если человек принесёт одного из таких нечистых животных Господу, то эти животные должны быть отведены к священнику.

And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:

Священник определит цену этому животному, хорошее оно или плохое; и как священник оценит, так и будет.

And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.

Если же человек захочет выкупить это животное, пусть добавит одну пятую часть к цене.

But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.

Если человек посвящает свой дом в святыню Господу, священник должен определить стоимость дома, хорош ли дом или плох; как священник оценит его, так и будет.

And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

Но, если человек, который отдал дом, захочет получить его назад, он должен добавить к его цене одну пятую часть. Тогда дом будет снова принадлежать этому человеку.

And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.

Если человек посвящает часть своих полей Господу, стоимость этих полей будет зависеть от того, сколько зерна нужно, чтобы их засеять; 50 шекелей серебра за каждый хомер ячменя.

And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

Если человек отдаёт своё поле Богу в Юбилейный год, его стоимость будет такой, какой назначит её священник.

If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.

Но если человек отдаёт своё поле после Юбилея, то священник должен определить его точную цену. Он должен сосчитать количество лет до следующего Юбилейного года и в соответствии с этим числом определить цену.

But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.

Если человек, который отдал поле, захочет выкупить его, он должен прибавить пятую часть к его стоимости. И тогда поле будет снова принадлежать этому человеку.

And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

Если же этот человек не выкупит поле, то оно навсегда будет принадлежать священникам. Если эта земля продана кому-то другому, этот первый человек не может выкупить землю.

And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.

Если человек не выкупил землю, тогда в год Юбилея поле будет оставаться посвящённым Господу и будет принадлежать священнику навечно!

But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.

Если человек посвящает Господу поле, которое он купил, и оно не является частью наследства его семьи,

And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;

тогда священник должен сосчитать количество лет до года Юбилея и определить цену этой земли. После этого земля будет принадлежать Господу.

Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.

В год Юбилея земля будет принадлежать семье, которая первоначально владела ею.

In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.

Пользуйтесь при оплате официальной мерой. Шекель по этой мере весит 20 гер.

And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

Люди могут давать быков и овец как особое приношение Господу. Но если это животное — первенец, то оно уже по закону о первенстве принадлежит Господу. Таких животных нельзя отдавать как особое приношение.

Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD'S firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD'S.

Первенцев из скота люди должны посвящать Господу. Но, если это животное нечистое, тогда человек должен его выкупить. Священник определит цену животного, и человеку необходимо будет добавить пятую часть. Если же человек не выкупит это животное, тогда священник должен продать его за ту цену, которую он назначил.

And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.

Люди приносят Господу особое приношение. Это приношение принадлежит только Господу и не может быть выкуплено или продано. Таким приношением могут быть люди, животные и поля из семейного владения. Всё это принадлежит Господу.

Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.

Если это особое приношение — человек, то его нельзя выкупить. Он должен быть убит.

None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.

Десятая часть всего урожая принадлежит Господу. Это значит, что десятая часть урожаев с полей и фруктов с плодовых деревьев принадлежит Господу.

And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD'S: it is holy unto the LORD.

Если человек хочет получить назад свою десятую долю, он должен добавить одну пятую часть к её стоимости, а потом выкупить её.

And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.

Священники будут брать каждого десятого животного у владельца быков или овец. Каждое десятое животное будет принадлежать Господу.

And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.

Владельцу не надо беспокоиться о том, хорошее это животное или плохое. Он не должен заменять одного животного другим. Если же он решит заменить животное, то оба животных будут принадлежать Господу. Это животное не может быть выкуплено».

He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

Вот заповеди, которые Господь передал народу Израиля через Моисея на горе Синай.

These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
