Paul, an apostle (not sent from men nor through the agency of man, but through Jesus Christ and God the Father, who raised Him from the dead),

Павал апостал выбраны ня людзьмі і не праз чалавека, а Ісусам Хрыстом і Богам Айцом, Які ўваскрэсіў Яго зь мёртвых,

and all the brethren who are with me, To the churches of Galatia:

і ўсе браты, якія са мною, — цэрквам Галятыйскім:

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ,

мілата вам і мір ад Бога Айца і Госпада нашага Ісуса Хрыста,

who gave Himself for our sins so that He might rescue us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father,

Які аддаў Сябе Самога за грахі нашыя, каб выбавіць нас ад цяперашняга падступнага веку, па волі Бога і Айца нашага;

to whom be the glory forevermore. Amen.

Яму слава на векі вечныя. Амін.

I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel;

Зьдзіўляюся, што вы так хутка пераходзіце ад таго, хто заклікаў вас мілатою Хрыстоваю, да іншага зьвеставаньня,

which is really not another; only there are some who are disturbing you and want to distort the gospel of Christ.

якое, аднак, ня іншае, а толькі ёсьць людзі, якія зводзяць вас і хочуць перавярнуць зьвеставаньне Хрыстовае.

But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed!

Але калі б нават мы, альбо анёл зь неба пачаў зьвеставаць вам ня тое, што мы зьвеставалі вам, хай будзе анатэма.

As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed!

Як раней мы сказалі, так і цяпер яшчэ кажу: хто зьвястуе вам ня тое, што вы прынялі, хай будзе анатэма.

For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a bond-servant of Christ.

Ці ў людзей я цяпер шукаю ўпадабаньня, ці ў Бога? ці людзям дагаджаць стараюся? Калі б я і дагэтуль дагаджаў людзям, дык ня быў бы рабом Хрыстовым.

For I would have you know, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man.

Абвяшчаю вам, браты, што Дабравесьце, якое я абвяшчаў, ня ёсьць чалавечае;

For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a revelation of Jesus Christ.

бо і я прыняў яго і навучыўся не ад чалавека, а праз адкрыцьцё Ісуса Хрыста.

For you have heard of my former manner of life in Judaism, how I used to persecute the church of God beyond measure and tried to destroy it;

Вы чулі пра мой ранейшы лад жыцьця ў Юдэйстве, як я жорстка прасьледаваў Царкву Божую і спусташаў яе,

and I was advancing in Judaism beyond many of my contemporaries among my countrymen, being more extremely zealous for my ancestral traditions.

і вызначыўся ў Юдэйстве сярод многіх равесьнікаў з роду майго, бо быў я зацяты прыхільнік бацькоўскіх маіх паданьняў.

But when God, who had set me apart even from my mother’s womb and called me through His grace, was pleased

Калі ж Бог, выбраўшы мяне ад улоньня маці маёй і заклікаўшы мілатою Сваёю,

to reveal His Son in me so that I might preach Him among the Gentiles, I did not immediately consult with flesh and blood,

зажадаў адкрыць ува мне Сына Свайго, каб я зьвеставаў Яго язычнікам, я не пачаў адразу ж раіцца з плоцьцю і крывёю,

nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me; but I went away to Arabia, and returned once more to Damascus.

і не пайшоў у Ерусалім да тых апосталаў, якія ішлі перада мною, а пайшоў у Аравію, і зноў вярнуўся ў Дамаск.

Then three years later I went up to Jerusalem to become acquainted with Cephas, and stayed with him fifteen days.

Пасьля, праз тры гады, хадзіў я ў Ерусалім пабачыцца зь Пятром і пабыў у яго дзён пятнаццаць.

But I did not see any other of the apostles except James, the Lord’s brother.

А другога з апосталаў я ня бачыў нікога, акрамя Якава, брата Гасподняга.

(Now in what I am writing to you, I assure you before God that I am not lying.)

А ў тым, што пішу вам, прад Богам, ня ілгу.

Then I went into the regions of Syria and Cilicia.

Пасьля гэтага адышоў я ў землі Сірыі і Кілікіі.

I was still unknown by sight to the churches of Judea which were in Christ;

Цэрквам Хрыстовым у Юдэі асабіста я ня быў вядомы,

but only, they kept hearing, “He who once persecuted us is now preaching the faith which he once tried to destroy.”

а толькі чулі яны, што колішні іхні ганіцель цяпер зьвястуе веру, якую раней вынішчаў,

And they were glorifying God because of me.

і праслаўлялі за мяне Бога.
