Господа, обходитесь с рабами справедливо и честно, зная, что и у вас есть Господин на небе.

Masters, give to bondmen what is just and fair, knowing that ye also have a Master in [the] heavens.

В молитве будьте настойчивы, бодрствуя в ней с благодарением,

Persevere in prayer, watching in it with thanksgiving;

Молясь в то же время и о нас, чтобы Бог открыл нам дверь для слова, чтобы говорить тайну Христову (из-за которой я и в узах),

praying at the same time for us also, that God may open to us a door of the word to speak the mystery of Christ, on account of which also I am bound,

Чтобы мне возвещать её, как должно.

to the end that I may make it manifest as I ought to speak.

С внешними поступайте мудро, выкупая время.

Walk in wisdom towards those without, redeeming opportunities.

Пусть ваша речь будет всегда любезной, приправленной солью, чтобы вы знали, как вам надлежит отвечать каждому.

[Let] your word [be] always with grace, seasoned with salt, [so as] to know how ye ought to answer each one.

Обо всём, что касается меня, известит вас Тихик, дорогой брат, преданный слуга и раб вместе со мной в Господе,

Tychicus, the beloved brother and faithful minister and fellow-bondman in [the] Lord, will make known to you all that concerns me;

Которого я послал к вам именно для этого, чтобы вы узнали то, что касается нас, и чтобы он утешил ваши сердца,

whom I have sent to you for this very purpose, that he might know your state, and that he might encourage your hearts:

Вместе с Онисимом, преданным и дорогим братом, который из ваших. Они известят вас обо всём здешнем.

with Onesimus, the faithful and beloved brother, who is [one] of you. They shall make known to you everything here.

Приветствует вас Аристарх, узник вместе со мной, и Марк, двоюродный брат Варнавы (о котором вы получили повеления: «Если придет к вам, примите его»),

Aristarchus my fellow-captive salutes you, and Mark, Barnabas's cousin, concerning whom ye have received orders, (if he come to you, receive him,)

И Иисус, называемый Юстом; они единственные из обрезанных соработники мои для Божьего царства, те, что стали мне утешением.

and Jesus called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These [are the] only fellow-workers for the kingdom of God who have been a consolation to me.

Приветствует вас Эпафрас из ваших, раб Христа Иисуса, всегда борясь за вас в молитвах, чтобы вы стояли зрелыми и полную убежденность во всей воле Божьей.

Epaphras, who is [one] of you, [the] bondman of Christ Jesus, salutes you, always combating earnestly for you in prayers, to the end that ye may stand perfect and complete in all [the] will of God.

Свидетельствую же о нём, что он много трудится ради вас и тех, кто в Лаодикии, и тех, кто в Иераполе.

For I bear him witness that he labours much for you, and them in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis.

Приветствует вас Лука, дорогой врач, и Димас.

Luke, the beloved physician, salutes you, and Demas.

Приветствуйте братьев в Лаодикии, и Нимфана, и церковь, которая в его доме.

Salute the brethren in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the assembly which [is] in his house.

А когда это послание будет прочитано у вас, сделайте так, чтобы оно было прочитано и в церкви лаодикийцев, а то, что из Лаодикии, чтобы и вы прочитали.

And when the letter has been read among you, cause that it be read also in the assembly of Laodiceans, and that ye also read that from Laodicea.

И скажите Архиппу: «Следи за тем служением, которое ты принял в Господе, чтобы тебе добросовестно исполнять его».

And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in [the] Lord, to the end that thou fulfil it.

Приветствие — моей собственной рукой, Павла. Помните о моих узах. Да пребудет с вами милость.

The salutation by the hand of me Paul. Remember my bonds. Grace [be] with you.
