Вот сыновья Израиля: Рувим, Симеон, Левий, Иуда, Иссахар, Завулон,

The sons of Israela were Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun,

Дан, Иосиф, Вениамин, Неффалим, Гад и Асир.

Сыновья Иуды: Эр, Онан и Шела — все трое родились у него от Бат-Шуи, ханаанеянки. Эр, первенец Иуды, в глазах ГОСПОДА был человеком нечестивым, и Он лишил его жизни…

Judah had three sons from Bathshua, a Canaanite woman. Their names were Er, Onan, and Shelah. But the LORD saw that the oldest son, Er, was a wicked man, so he killed him.

Фамарь, невестка Иуды, также родила ему Пареца и Зараха. Всего у Иуды было пятеро сыновей.

Later Judah had twin sons from Tamar, his widowed daughter-in-law. Their names were Perez and Zerah. So Judah had five sons in all.

Сыновья Пареца: Хецрон и Хамуль.

The sons of Perez were Hezron and Hamul.

Сыновья Зараха: Зимри, Этан, Хеман, Калкол и Дара — всего пятеро.

The sons of Zerah were Zimri, Ethan, Heman, Calcol, and Dardab — five in all.

Сыновья Карми: Ахар,1 наведший беду на Израиль тем, что взял то, что подлежит уничтожению.2

The son of Carmi (a descendant of Zimri) was Achan,c who brought disaster on Israel by taking plunder that had been set apart for the LORD.d

Сын Этана — Азария.

The son of Ethan was Azariah.From Judah’s Grandson Hezron to David

Сыновья, родившиеся у Хецрона: Ерахмеэль, Рам и Келувай.

The sons of Hezron were Jerahmeel, Ram, and Caleb.e

У Рама родился Амминадав, у Амминадава родился Нахшон, вождь сыновей Иуды.

Ram was the father of Amminadab. Amminadab was the father of Nahshon, a leader of Judah.

У Нахшона родился Салма, а у Салмы — Боаз,

Nahshon was the father of Salmon.f Salmon was the father of Boaz.

у Боаза родился Овед, а у Оведа — Иессей.

Boaz was the father of Obed. Obed was the father of Jesse.

У Иессея родились: Элиав, его первенец, Авинадав — второй сын, Шима — третий,

Jesse’s first son was Eliab, his second was Abinadab, his third was Shimea,

Нетанэль — четвертый, Раддай — пятый,

his fourth was Nethanel, his fifth was Raddai,

Оцем — шестой, Давид — седьмой.

his sixth was Ozem, and his seventh was David.

Были у них сестры Церуя и Авигаиль. Сыновья Церуи: Авишай, Йоав и Асаэль — всего трое.

Their sisters were named Zeruiah and Abigail. Zeruiah had three sons named Abishai, Joab, and Asahel.

Авигаиль родила Амасу; отцом Амасы был Етер, измаильтянин.

Abigail married a man named Jether, an Ishmaelite, and they had a son named Amasa.Other Descendants of Hezron

У Халева, сына Хецрона, и его жены Азувы родилась Ериот. Вот сыновья3 Ериот: Ешер, Шовав и Ардон.

Hezron’s son Caleb had sons from his wife Azubah and from Jerioth.g Her sons were named Jesher, Shobab, and Ardon.

После смерти Азувы Халев женился на Эфрате, и она родила ему Гура.

After Azubah died, Caleb married Ephrathah,h and they had a son named Hur.

У Гура родился Ури, а у того родился Бецалел.4

Hur was the father of Uri. Uri was the father of Bezalel.

Когда Хецрону было шестьдесят лет, он взял в жены дочь Махира (отца Гилада) и был с ней, и она родила ему Сегува.

When Hezron was sixty years old, he married Gilead’s sister, the daughter of Makir. They had a son named Segub.

У Сегува родился Яир. И было у Яира двадцать три города в Гиладе.

Segub was the father of Jair, who ruled twenty-three towns in the land of Gilead.

Но гешурцы и арамеи отняли у жителей Гилада Селения Яира и Кенат с подвластными ему селениями — всего шестьдесят городов. Все эти города принадлежали потомкам Махира, отца Гилада.

(But Geshur and Aram captured the Towns of Jairi and also took Kenath and its sixty surrounding villages.) All these were descendants of Makir, the father of Gilead.

После смерти Хецрона в Халев-Эфрате жена Хецрона Авия родила ему Ашхура, отца Текоа.5

Soon after Hezron died in the town of Caleb-ephrathah, his wife Abijah gave birth to a son named Ashhur (the father ofj Tekoa).Descendants of Hezron’s Son Jerahmeel

Сыновьями Ерахмеэля, первенца Хецрона, были: Рам, первенец, Буна, Орен, Оцем и Ахия.

The sons of Jerahmeel, the oldest son of Hezron, were Ram (the firstborn), Bunah, Oren, Ozem, and Ahijah.

У Ерахмеэля была еще одна жена, по имени Атара; она мать Онама.

Jerahmeel had a second wife named Atarah. She was the mother of Onam.

Сыновьями Рама, первенца Ерахмеэля, были: Маац, Ямин и Экер.

The sons of Ram, the oldest son of Jerahmeel, were Maaz, Jamin, and Eker.

Сыновьями Онама были: Шаммай и Яда. Сыновьями Шаммая были: Надав и Авишур.

The sons of Onam were Shammai and Jada. The sons of Shammai were Nadab and Abishur.

У Авишура была жена по имени Авихаиль, она родила Ахбана и Молида.

The sons of Abishur and his wife Abihail were Ahban and Molid.

Сыновья Надава: Селед и Аппаим. Селед умер, не оставив сыновей.

The sons of Nadab were Seled and Appaim. Seled died without children,

Сын Аппаима — Иши. Сын Иши — Шешан. Сын Шешана — Ахлай.

but Appaim had a son named Ishi. The son of Ishi was Sheshan. Sheshan had a descendant named Ahlai.

Сыновья Яды, брата Шаммая: Етер и Ионафан. Етер умер, не оставив сыновей.

The sons of Jada, Shammai’s brother, were Jether and Jonathan. Jether died without children,

Сыновья Ионафана: Пелет и Заза. Вот потомки Ерахмеэля.

but Jonathan had two sons named Peleth and Zaza. These were all descendants of Jerahmeel.

Не было у Шешана сыновей,6 только дочери. У Шешана был слуга, египтянин, звали его Ярха.

Sheshan had no sons, though he did have daughters. He also had an Egyptian servant named Jarha.

Отдал Шешан дочь свою в жены слуге Ярхе, и она родила ему Аттая.

Sheshan gave one of his daughters to be the wife of Jarha, and they had a son named Attai.

У Аттая родился Натан, у Натана родился Завад,

Attai was the father of Nathan. Nathan was the father of Zabad.

у Завада родился Эфлаль, у Эфлаля родился Овед,

Zabad was the father of Ephlal. Ephlal was the father of Obed.

у Оведа родился Иегу, у Иегу родился Азария,

Obed was the father of Jehu. Jehu was the father of Azariah.

у Азарии родился Хелец, у Хелеца родился Эляса;

Azariah was the father of Helez. Helez was the father of Eleasah.

у Элясы родился Сисмай, у Сисмая родился Шаллум,

Eleasah was the father of Sismai. Sismai was the father of Shallum.

у Шаллума родился Екамия, у Екамии родился Элишама.

Shallum was the father of Jekamiah. Jekamiah was the father of Elishama.Descendants of Hezron’s Son Caleb

Потомки Халева, брата Ерахмеэля: Меша — его первенец, который стал отцом Зифа, и Мареша,7 который стал отцом Хеврона.

The descendants of Caleb, the brother of Jerahmeel, included Mesha (the firstborn), who became the father of Ziph. Caleb’s descendants also included the sons of Mareshah, the father of Hebron.k

Сыновья Хеврона: Корей, Таппуах, Рекем и Шема.

The sons of Hebron were Korah, Tappuah, Rekem, and Shema.

У Шемы родился Рахам, отец Йоркоама, у Рекема родился Шаммай.

Shema was the father of Raham. Raham was the father of Jorkeam. Rekem was the father of Shammai.

Сын Шаммая — Маон; Маон был отцом Бет-Цура.

The son of Shammai was Maon. Maon was the father of Beth-zur.

Эфа, наложница Халева, родила Харана, Моцу и Газеза. У Харана родился Газез.

Caleb’s concubine Ephah gave birth to Haran, Moza, and Gazez. Haran was the father of Gazez.

Сыновья Яхдая: Регем, Йотам, Гешан, Пелет, Эфа и Шааф.

The sons of Jahdai were Regem, Jotham, Geshan, Pelet, Ephah, and Shaaph.

Другая наложница Халева, Мааха, родила Шевера и Тирхана,

Another of Caleb’s concubines, Maacah, gave birth to Sheber and Tirhanah.

также родила она Шаафу, отца Мадманны, и Шеву, отца Махбены и Гивы. Дочерью Халева была Ахса.

She also gave birth to Shaaph (the father of Madmannah) and Sheva (the father of Macbenah and Gibea). Caleb also had a daughter named Acsah.

These were all descendants of Caleb.Descendants of Caleb’s Son HurThe sons of Hur, the oldest son of Caleb’s wife Ephrathah, were Shobal (the founder of Kiriath-jearim),

Салма, отец Вифлеема, Хареф, отец Бет-Гадера.

Salma (the founder of Bethlehem), and Hareph (the founder of Beth-gader).

Потомками Шоваля, отца Кирьят-Еарима, были: Хароэ, Хаци, Менухот,8

The descendants of Shobal (the founder of Kiriath-jearim) were Haroeh, half the Manahathites,

а также племена Кирьят-Еарима: итритяне, путяне, шуматяне и мишраяне, от которых произошли цоряне и эштаоляне.9

and the families of Kiriath-jearim — the Ithrites, Puthites, Shumathites, and Mishraites, from whom came the people of Zorah and Eshtaol.

Потомки Салмы: Вифлеем, нетофатияне,10 Атрот-бет-Йоав, половина манахтиян (цоряне),

The descendants of Salma were the people of Bethlehem, the Netophathites, Atroth-beth-joab, the other half of the Manahathites, the Zorites,

племена софериян,11 живущих в Яавеце: тиратияне, шиматияне и сухатияне (они кинеи, которые происходят от Хаммата, отца Бет-Рехава).

and the families of scribes living at Jabez — the Tirathites, Shimeathites, and Sucathites. All these were Kenites who descended from Hammath, the father of the family of Recab.l
