Позже снова явился Иисус Своим ученикам. Это произошло у моря Тивериадского.

After these things Jesus shewed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias; and on this wise shewed he himself.

Там собрались вместе Симон Петр, Фома, называемый Близнец, Нафанаил из Каны, что в Галилее, сыновья Зеведеевы и двое других Его учеников.

There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples.

Симон Петр сказал им: «Пойду ловить рыбу». «И мы идем с тобой», — сказали остальные. Они вышли и сели в лодку, но в ту ночь не поймали ничего.

Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing.

А на рассвете Иисус уже стоял на берегу. Но ученики не узнали Его.

But when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus.

«Друзья, поймали хоть что-нибудь на завтрак?»1 — спросил их Иисус. «Ничего», — ответили они.

Then Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No.

«А вы закиньте сеть справа от лодки, — сказал Он им, — и поймаете». Забросили они сеть и не могли вытащить ее — так много оказалось в ней рыбы.

And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.

Тогда ученик, которого особенно любил Иисус, сказал Петру: «Это Господь!» Услышав, что это Господь, Симон Петр тут же набросил на себя верхнюю одежду (он был раздет),2 завязал ее и прыгнул в воду.

Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.

Другие же ученики, таща сеть, полную рыбы, приплыли на лодке (были они недалеко от берега: около двухсот локтей).3

And the other disciples came in a little ship; (for they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the net with fishes.

Выйдя на берег, увидели они разложенные горящие угли и рыбу, лежавшую на них. Был там и хлеб.

As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread.

Иисус сказал им: «Принесите и той рыбы, что сейчас поймали!»

Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.

Симон Петр поднялся в лодку и вытащил сеть на берег. В ней было 153 больших рыбы — и при таком улове сеть не порвалась!

Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.

Сказал Иисус ученикам: «Подходите и ешьте».4 Ученики знали, что это Господь, и хоть желали получить тому подтверждение, ни один из них не осмелился спросить Его: «Кто Ты?»

Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord.

Иисус подошел, взял хлеб и раздал его им, также и рыбу.

Jesus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise.

Это уже в третий раз по воскресении Своем из мертвых явился Иисус ученикам.

This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.

Когда они поели, Иисус спросил Симона Петра: «Симон, сын Иоанна,5 любишь ли ты Меня больше, чем они?»6 «Да, Господи, Ты знаешь, что я люблю Тебя», — ответил тот. « Тогда заботься о ягнятах Моих!» — сказал ему Иисус.

So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.

И снова, во второй раз, спросил Он Петра: «Симон, сын Иоанна, любишь ли ты Меня?» Петр ответил: «Да, Господи, Ты знаешь, что люблю я Тебя». «Паси овец Моих», — сказал ему Иисус.

He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

И в третий раз спросил Иисус Петра: «Симон, сын Иоанна, любишь ли ты Меня?» Петр был сильно огорчен тем, что Иисус в третий раз спросил его: «Любишь ли Меня?», и ответил Ему: «Господи, Ты всё знаешь! Ты знаешь, что я люблю Тебя». «Заботься об овцах Моих! — сказал ему [Иисус]. —

He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

И поверь Мне, пока ты молод был, ты сам опоясывался и шел, куда хотел. А будешь стар, прострешь руки свои, и другой опояшет тебя, и поведет туда, куда не хочешь ты».

Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young, thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not.

(Давал понять Он этими словами, какой смертью Петр прославит Бога.) Потом сказал Иисус Петру: «Пойдем со Мною!»7

This spake he, signifying by what death he should glorify God. And when he had spoken this, he saith unto him, Follow me.

Обернувшись, Петр увидел, что тот ученик, которого особенно любил Иисус, идет следом за ними. (Это был тот самый ученик, который склонился во время вечери на грудь Иисуса и спросил: «Господи, кто же предаст Тебя?»)

Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?

Увидев его, Петр спросил Иисуса: «Господи, а что будет с ним?»

Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do?

Ответил ему Иисус: « Даже если бы пожелал Я, чтобы оставался он в живых, пока Я не вернусь, что тебе до этого? Ты иди за Мной!»

Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.

Среди братьев прошел тогда слух, что ученик этот не умрет. Но Иисус не сказал, что тот не умрет, Он сказал только: « Даже если бы пожелал Я, чтобы оставался он в живых, пока Я не вернусь, [что тебе до этого]?»

Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet Jesus said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?

Ученик, о котором Иисус сказал это, он и ручается за всё написанное здесь,8 и мы знаем, что свидетельство его верно.

This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true.

Есть и многое другое, что совершил Иисус, и если бы записать всё это подробно, думаю, весь мир не вместил бы написанных книг.

And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.
