После этого Иисус вновь явился ученикам на Тибериадском море. Было это так.

After these things Jesus shewed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias; and on this wise shewed he himself.

Шимон Петр, Фома, он же Близнец, Натанаэл из галилейской Каны, сыновья Завдая и два других ученика были вместе.

There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples.

Шимон Петр сказал: — Пойду порыбачить. Остальные сказали: — И мы с тобой! Они пошли и сели в лодку, но в ту ночь ничего не поймали.

Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing.

Когда настало утро, на берегу стоял Иисус, однако Они его не узнали.

But when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus.

Иисус сказал: — Дети мои! Нет ли у вас немного рыбы к завтраку? Они ответили: — Нет.

Then Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No.

А Он сказал: — Закиньте сеть с правого борта и поймаете рыбу. Они закинули сеть, и не смогли её вытащить: так много было рыбы.

And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.

Тогда ученик, которого любил Иисус, говорит Петру: — Это — Господь! Шимон Петр, услышав это, подпоясался верхней одеждой, так как рыбачил раздетым, и бросился в воду.

Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.

Остальные ученики принялись грести к берегу, подтягивая за собой и сеть с рыбой. Они рыбачили недалеко от берега, примерно в двухстах локтях.

And the other disciples came in a little ship; (for they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the net with fishes.

Выйдя из лодки, они увидели, что жарится на углях рыба, а рядом лежит хлеб.

As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread.

Иисус говорит им: — Принесите немного рыбы из той, что поймана вами.

Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.

Шимон Петр, поднявшись в лодку, вытащил на берег сеть, наполненную крупной рыбой. Всего было поймано сто пятьдесят три рыбы и при этом сеть не порвалась.

Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.

Иисус говорит им: — Идите завтракать. Никто из учеников не решался спросить его: «Кто ты?» — понимая, что это — Господь.

Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord.

Иисус, подойдя, взял хлеб и рыбу и раздал им.

Jesus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise.

Это уже в третий раз после воскресения из мертвых Иисус явился ученикам.

This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.

После завтрака Иисус спросил Шимона Петра: — Шимон, Иоаннов сын, любишь ли ты Меня больше, чем они? Тот ответил: — Да, Господин мой, Ты знаешь, что я люблю Тебя! Иисус сказал: — Паси моих ягнят, —

So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.

и опять, во второй раз, спросил его: — Шимон, Иоаннов сын, любишь ли ты Меня? Петр ответил: — Да, Господин мой, ты знаешь, что люблю. Иисус сказал: — Смотри за моими овцами, —

He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

и спросил в третий раз: — Шимон, Иоаннов сын, ты любишь Меня? Петр, огорченный тем, что Иисус в третий раз спросил, любит ли он Его, ответил: — Господин мой! Ты знаешь всё и знаешь, что я люблю Тебя! Иисус сказал: — Паси моих овец.

He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

Истинно, истинно говорю тебе: когда ты был молод, то завязывал пояс и шел, куда тебе хотелось, а когда состаришься, то вытянешь руки — и посторонний свяжет тебя, и ты пойдёшь за ним против воли.

Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young, thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not.

Этими словами Он сказал, какой смертью Петр прославит Бога. Потом Он сказал: — Иди за Мной!

This spake he, signifying by what death he should glorify God. And when he had spoken this, he saith unto him, Follow me.

Оглянувшись, Петр заметил, что следом идёт другой ученик, которого любил Иисус и который на том ужине возлежал рядом с Иисусом и спросил Его: «Господин мой, кто Тебя выдаст?»

Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?

Итак, увидев его, Петр спросил Иисуса: — Господин мой, а как с ним?

Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do?

Иисус ответил: — Если Моя воля в том, чтобы он оставался до Моего возвращения, твоя ли это забота? Ты иди за Мной!

Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.

Из-за этих слов среди братьев распространилась молва, что тот ученик не умрет. Но Иисус не говорил, что тот ученик не умрет, а сказал: «Если моя воля в том, чтобы он оставался до Моего возвращения, твоя ли это забота?»

Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet Jesus said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?

Этот ученик подтверждает всё, здесь сказанное, и он сам это записал, и мы знаем, что его свидетельство достоверно.

This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true.

Много и другого совершил Иисус, но если писать обо всём, я думаю, и целому миру не вместить всех книг, которые нужно написать.

And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.
