Родословная книга Иисуса Христа, потомка Давида и Авраама.

This is a record of the ancestors of Jesus the Messiah, a descendant of David and of Abrahama:

У Авраама был сын Исаак; у Исаака — Иаков; у Иакова — Иуда с братьями;

Abraham was the father of Isaac. Isaac was the father of Jacob. Jacob was the father of Judah and his brothers.

У Иуды — Парец и Зарах, оба от Фамари; у Пареца — Хецрон; у Хецрона — Рам;

Judah was the father of Perez and Zerah (whose mother was Tamar). Perez was the father of Hezron. Hezron was the father of Ram.b

У Рама — Амминадав; у Амминадава — Нахшон; у Нахшона — Салмон;

Ram was the father of Amminadab. Amminadab was the father of Nahshon. Nahshon was the father of Salmon.

У Салмона — Боаз (его матерью была Рахав); у Боаза — Овед, от Руфи; у Оведа — Ессей;

Salmon was the father of Boaz (whose mother was Rahab). Boaz was the father of Obed (whose mother was Ruth). Obed was the father of Jesse.

У Ессея — Давид, царь; у Давида — Соломон (его мать — бывшая жена Урии);

Jesse was the father of King David. David was the father of Solomon (whose mother was Bathsheba, the widow of Uriah).

У Соломона — Реховоам; у Реховоама — Авия; у Авии — Асаф;

Solomon was the father of Rehoboam. Rehoboam was the father of Abijah. Abijah was the father of Asa.c

У Асафа — Егошафат; у Егошафата — Егорам; у Егорама — Узия;

Asa was the father of Jehoshaphat. Jehoshaphat was the father of Jehoram.d Jehoram was the fathere of Uzziah.

У Узии — Иотам; у Иотама — Ахаз; у Ахаза — Хезекия;

Uzziah was the father of Jotham. Jotham was the father of Ahaz. Ahaz was the father of Hezekiah.

У Хезекии — Манашех; у Манашеха — Амос; у Амоса — Иошия;

Hezekiah was the father of Manasseh. Manasseh was the father of Amon.f Amon was the father of Josiah.

У Иошии — Ехония с братьями. Это было до выселения в Вавилон.

Josiah was the father of Jehoiaching and his brothers (born at the time of the exile to Babylon).

После выселения в Вавилон у Ехонии был сын Шеалтиэл; у Шеалтиэла — Зеруббавел;

After the Babylonian exile: Jehoiachin was the father of Shealtiel. Shealtiel was the father of Zerubbabel.

У Зеруббавела — Авиуд; у Авиуда — Эльяким; у Эльякима — Азор;

Zerubbabel was the father of Abiud. Abiud was the father of Eliakim. Eliakim was the father of Azor.

У Азора — Цадок; у Цадока — Аким; у Акима — Элиуд;

Azor was the father of Zadok. Zadok was the father of Akim. Akim was the father of Eliud.

У Элиуда — Элазар; у Элазара — Маттан; у Маттана — Иаков;

Eliud was the father of Eleazar. Eleazar was the father of Matthan. Matthan was the father of Jacob.

У Иакова был сын Иосиф, муж Марии, от которой родился Иисус, называемый Христос.

Jacob was the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary. Mary gave birth to Jesus, who is called the Messiah.

От Авраама до Давида всех поколений было четырнадцать, от Давида до выселения в Вавилон — четырнадцать и от выселения в Вавилон до Христа — четырнадцать.

All those listed above include fourteen generations from Abraham to David, fourteen from David to the Babylonian exile, and fourteen from the Babylonian exile to the Messiah.

Иисус Христос родился так. После обручения Его Матери Марии с Иосифом, когда они еще жили врозь, оказалось, что она зачала от Святого Духа.

This is how Jesus the Messiah was born. His mother, Mary, was engaged to be married to Joseph. But before the marriage took place, while she was still a virgin, she became pregnant through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Иосиф, муж ее, человек праведный, желая избежать позорной для нее огласки, задумал тайно с ней развестись.

Joseph, to whom she was engaged, was a righteous man and did not want to disgrace her publicly, so he decided to break the engagementh quietly.

Но едва он пришел к этой мысли, как был ему сон: явился ангел Господень и сказал: «Иосиф, сын Давидов! Не бойся. Бери к себе Марию. Дитя в ней — от Святого Духа.

As he considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream. “Joseph, son of David,” the angel said, “do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife. For the child within her was conceived by the Holy Spirit.

Она родит Сына. Назови Его Иисусом, потому что Он спасет Свой народ от грехов».

And she will have a son, and you are to name him Jesus,i for he will save his people from their sins.”

Это произошло, чтобы исполнилось сказанное Господом через пророка:

All of this occurred to fulfill the Lord’s message through his prophet:

«Забеременеет дева и родит Сына — и Ему дадут имя Иммануэль», что значит «С нами Бог».

“Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel,j which means ‘God is with us.’”

Иосиф пробудился ото сна и сделал, как велел ему ангел Господень, — взял к себе Марию.

When Joseph woke up, he did as the angel of the Lord commanded and took Mary as his wife.

Но их близость началась не раньше чем она родила Сына. И он дал ему имя Иисус.

But he did not have sexual relations with her until her son was born. And Joseph named him Jesus.
