Родословная книга Иисуса Христа, потомка Давида и Авраама.

The book of the genealogy[a] of Jesus Christ, the Son of David, the Son of Abraham:

У Авраама был сын Исаак; у Исаака — Иаков; у Иакова — Иуда с братьями;

Abraham begot Isaac, Isaac begot Jacob, and Jacob begot Judah and his brothers.

У Иуды — Парец и Зарах, оба от Фамари; у Пареца — Хецрон; у Хецрона — Рам;

Judah begot Perez and Zerah by Tamar, Perez begot Hezron, and Hezron begot Ram.

У Рама — Амминадав; у Амминадава — Нахшон; у Нахшона — Салмон;

Ram begot Amminadab, Amminadab begot Nahshon, and Nahshon begot Salmon.

У Салмона — Боаз (его матерью была Рахав); у Боаза — Овед, от Руфи; у Оведа — Ессей;

Salmon begot Boaz by Rahab, Boaz begot Obed by Ruth, Obed begot Jesse,

У Ессея — Давид, царь; у Давида — Соломон (его мать — бывшая жена Урии);

and Jesse begot David the king. David the king begot Solomon by her [b]who had been the wife of Uriah.

У Соломона — Реховоам; у Реховоама — Авия; у Авии — Асаф;

Solomon begot Rehoboam, Rehoboam begot Abijah, and Abijah begot [c]Asa.

У Асафа — Егошафат; у Егошафата — Егорам; у Егорама — Узия;

Asa begot Jehoshaphat, Jehoshaphat begot Joram, and Joram begot Uzziah.

У Узии — Иотам; у Иотама — Ахаз; у Ахаза — Хезекия;

Uzziah begot Jotham, Jotham begot Ahaz, and Ahaz begot Hezekiah.

У Хезекии — Манашех; у Манашеха — Амос; у Амоса — Иошия;

Hezekiah begot Manasseh, Manasseh begot [d]Amon, and Amon begot Josiah.

У Иошии — Ехония с братьями. Это было до выселения в Вавилон.

Josiah begot [e]Jeconiah and his brothers about the time they were carried away to Babylon.

После выселения в Вавилон у Ехонии был сын Шеалтиэл; у Шеалтиэла — Зеруббавел;

And after they were brought to Babylon, Jeconiah begot Shealtiel, and Shealtiel begot Zerubbabel.

У Зеруббавела — Авиуд; у Авиуда — Эльяким; у Эльякима — Азор;

Zerubbabel begot Abiud, Abiud begot Eliakim, and Eliakim begot Azor.

У Азора — Цадок; у Цадока — Аким; у Акима — Элиуд;

Azor begot Zadok, Zadok begot Achim, and Achim begot Eliud.

У Элиуда — Элазар; у Элазара — Маттан; у Маттана — Иаков;

Eliud begot Eleazar, Eleazar begot Matthan, and Matthan begot Jacob.

У Иакова был сын Иосиф, муж Марии, от которой родился Иисус, называемый Христос.

And Jacob begot Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus who is called Christ.

От Авраама до Давида всех поколений было четырнадцать, от Давида до выселения в Вавилон — четырнадцать и от выселения в Вавилон до Христа — четырнадцать.

So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations, from David until the captivity in Babylon are fourteen generations, and from the captivity in Babylon until the Christ are fourteen generations.

Иисус Христос родился так. После обручения Его Матери Марии с Иосифом, когда они еще жили врозь, оказалось, что она зачала от Святого Духа.

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit.

Иосиф, муж ее, человек праведный, желая избежать позорной для нее огласки, задумал тайно с ней развестись.

Then Joseph her husband, being [f]a just man, and not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away secretly.

Но едва он пришел к этой мысли, как был ему сон: явился ангел Господень и сказал: «Иосиф, сын Давидов! Не бойся. Бери к себе Марию. Дитя в ней — от Святого Духа.

But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is [g]conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.

Она родит Сына. Назови Его Иисусом, потому что Он спасет Свой народ от грехов».

And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name [h]Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”

Это произошло, чтобы исполнилось сказанное Господом через пророка:

So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying:

«Забеременеет дева и родит Сына — и Ему дадут имя Иммануэль», что значит «С нами Бог».

“Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”

Иосиф пробудился ото сна и сделал, как велел ему ангел Господень, — взял к себе Марию.

Then Joseph, being aroused from sleep, did as the angel of the Lord commanded him and took to him his wife,

Но их близость началась не раньше чем она родила Сына. И он дал ему имя Иисус.

and [i]did not know her till she had brought forth her[j] firstborn Son. And he called His name Jesus.
