Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, To the saints who are in Ephesus, and faithful in Christ Jesus:

Павал, апостал Ісуса Хрыста з волі Божай, — сьвятым, што ў Эфэсе, і верным у Хрысьце Ісусе:

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

ласка вам і супакой ад Бога Айца нашага і Госпада Ісуса Хрыста.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,

Дабраслаўлёны Бог і Айцец Госпада нашага Ісуса Хрыста, Які дабраславіў нас у Хрысьце ўсякім духоўным дабраслаўленьнем у нябёсах,

just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,

бо Ён выбраў нас у Ім да стварэньня сьвету, каб быць нам сьвятымі і беззаганнымі перад Ім у любові,

having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,

прадвызначыўшы нас на ўсынаўленьне Сабе праз Ісуса Хрыста з упадабаньня волі Сваёй,

to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He [a]made us accepted in the Beloved.

на пахвалу славы ласкі Сваёй, якой абдарыў нас ва Улюбёным,

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace

у Якім маем адкупленьне праз кроў Яго, адпушчэньне грахоў, паводле багацьця ласкі Яго,

which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and [b]prudence,

якую Ён шчодра зьявіў нам у-ва ўсякай мудрасьці і разуменьні,

having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself,

даўшы нам ведаць таямніцу волі Сваёй, паводле ўпадабаньня Свайго, што Ён раней пастанавіў у Сабе,

that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, [c]both which are in heaven and which are on earth — in Him.

дзеля ўпарадкаваньня поўні часоў, каб усё, што ў небе і што на зямлі, было пад галавою — Хрыстом.

In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will,

У Ім, у Якім і мы сталіся спадкаемцамі, былі мы прадвызначаныя на гэта паводле вызначэньня Таго, Хто ўсё зьдзяйсьняе паводле жаданьня волі Сваёй,

that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory.

каб быць нам на пахвалу славы Яго, нам, якія раней спадзяваліся на Хрыста.

In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,

У Ім і вы, пачуўшы слова праўды, Эвангельле вашага збаўленьня, і паверыўшы ў Яго, запячатаныя абяцаным Духам Сьвятым,

who[d] is the [e]guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.

Які ёсьць зарука спадчыны нашае на выкупленьне ўдзелу, на пахвалу славы Яго.

Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints,

Дзеля гэтага і я, пачуўшы пра вашую веру ў Хрыста Ісуса і пра любоў да ўсіх сьвятых,

do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers:

няспынна дзякую за вас Богу, узгадваючы пра вас у малітвах маіх,

that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,

каб Бог Госпада нашага Ісуса Хрыста, Айцец славы, даў вам Духа мудрасьці і адкрыцьця ў пазнаньні Яго,

the eyes of your [f]understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

прасьветленыя вочы сэрца вашага, каб вы ўбачылі, якая ёсьць надзея пакліканьня Яго, і якое багацьце славы спадчыны Яго для сьвятых,

and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power

і якая бязьмерная вялікасьць моцы Яго для нас, якія вераць праз дзеяньне ўладнай магутнасьці Яго,

which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,

якою Ён дзейнічаў у Хрысьце, уваскрасіўшы Яго з мёртвых і пасадзіўшы праваруч Сябе ў небе,

far above all principality[g] and [h]power and [i]might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.

вышэй за ўсякае начальства, і ўладу, і сілу, і панаваньне, і ўсякае імя, названае ня толькі ў гэтым веку, але і ў будучым,

And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church,

і ўсё Ён скарыў пад ногі Ягоныя і даў Яго за галаву над усім у Царкве,

which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

якая ёсьць Цела Ягонае, поўня Таго, Які ўсё ў-ва ўсім напаўняе.
