The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.a

Пачатак Эвангельля Ісуса Хрыста Сына Бога.

As it is written in Isaiah the prophet,b “Behold, I send my messenger before your face, who will prepare your way,

Як напíсана ў Прарокаў: вось Я пасылаю Ангела Майго перад Абліччам Тваім, які падрыхтуе шлях Твой перад Табою.

the voice of one crying in the wilderness: ‘Preparec the way of the Lord, make his paths straight,’”

Голас крычачага ў пустэльні: падрыхтуйце шлях Госпада, простымі рабіце сьцежкі Ягоныя.

John appeared, baptizing in the wilderness and proclaiming a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.

Зьявіўся Яан хрысьцячы ў пустэльні і абвяшчаючы хрышчэньне пакаяньня дзеля дараваньня грахоў.

And all the country of Judea and all Jerusalem were going out to him and were being baptized by him in the river Jordan, confessing their sins.

І выходзіла да яго ўся краіна Юдава і ярузалімцы, і ўсе прымалі хрышчэньне ад яго ў вадзе Ярдана, спавядаючы грахі свае.

Now John was clothed with camel’s hair and wore a leather belt around his waist and ate locusts and wild honey.

Быў жа Яан апрануты (у адзежу) зь вярблюдавага воласу і скураны пояс на паясьніцы ягонай, і еў (ён) саранчу і дзікі мёд.

And he preached, saying, “After me comes he who is mightier than I, the strap of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and untie.

І прапаведаваў кажучы: ідзе за мною Мацнейшы за мяне, Якому я ня варты нахіліўшыся разьвязаць рэмень сандаляў Ягоных.

I have baptized you with water, but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.”

Я ахрысьціў вас у вадзе, а Ён ахрысьціць вас у Духу Сьвятым.

In those days Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan.

І сталася ў тыя дні: прыйшоў Ісус з Назарэту, з Галілеі, і быў ахрышчаны Яанам у Ярдане.

And when he came up out of the water, immediately he saw the heavens being torn open and the Spirit descending on him like a dove.

І зараз жа выйшаўшы з вады (ён) убачыў расхінаямыя Нябёсы і Духа, быццам галуба, Які зыходзіў на Яго;

And a voice came from heaven, “You are my beloved Son;d with you I am well pleased.”

і Голас быў зь Нябёсаў: Ты ёсьць Сын Мой любасны, Якім (Я) задаволены.

The Spirit immediately drove him out into the wilderness.

І зараз жа Дух вядзе Яго ў пустэльню.

And he was in the wilderness forty days, being tempted by Satan. And he was with the wild animals, and the angels were ministering to him.

І быў (Ён) там у пустэльні сорак дзён, спакуша́ны ад шатана, і быў са зьвярамі, і Ангелы служылі Яму.

Now after John was arrested, Jesus came into Galilee, proclaiming the gospel of God,

А пасьля арышту Яана прыйшоў Ісус у Галілею прапаведуючы Эвангельле Валадарства Бога

and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand;e repent and believe in the gospel.”

і кажучы: споўніўся час і наблізілася Валадарства Бога: пакайцеся і верце ў Эвангельле.

Passing alongside the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew the brother of Simon casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen.

Праходзячы ж ля мора Галілеі убачыў Ён Сымона і Андрэя, брата ягонага, якія закідвалі сетку ў мора; бо (яны) былі рыбаловы.

And Jesus said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you become fishers of men.”f

І сказаў ім Ісус: ідзіце ўсьлед за Мною і зраблю вас лаўцамі людзей.

And immediately they left their nets and followed him.

І зараз жа пакінуўшы сеткі свае (яны) пайшлі ўсьлед за Ім.

And going on a little farther, he saw James the son of Zebedee and John his brother, who were in their boat mending the nets.

І прайшоўшы адтуль (яшчэ) трохі (Ён) убачыў Якуба Завядзеявага і Яана, брата яго́нага, а яны правілі ў чаўне сеткі,

And immediately he called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired servants and followed him.

і тут жа паклікаў іх, і (яны) пакінуўшы бацьку свайго Завядзея ў чаўне з работнікамі пайшлі ўсьлед за Ім.

And they went into Capernaum, and immediately on the Sabbath he entered the synagogue and was teaching.

І прыхо́дзяць у Капэрнавум, і адразу ў суботу увайшоўшы ў сынагогу вучыў.

And they were astonished at his teaching, for he taught them as one who had authority, and not as the scribes.

І былі зьдзіўлены Ягонай навукай, бо (Ён) вучыў іх як Той, Хто ўладу мае, а ня як кніжнікі.

And immediately there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit. And he cried out,

У сынагозе іхняй быў чалавек (апанаваны) духам нячыстым і закрычаў,

“What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are — the Holy One of God.”

кажучы: Во! што табе да нас, Ісус Назаранін? Ты прыйшоў загубіць нас! Ведаю Цябе, Хто Ты, Сьвяты Божы.

But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be silent, and come out of him!”

А Ісус забараніў яму кажучы: змоўкні і выйдзі зь яго.

And the unclean spirit, convulsing him and crying out with a loud voice, came out of him.

Тады дух нячысты страсянуўшы яго і, загаласіўшы моцным голасам, выйшаў зь яго.

And they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, “What is this? A new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him.”

І жахнуліся ўсе так што пачалі пытацца адзін воднага, кажучы: што гэта? што гэта за новае вучэньне; што ўладарна нават духам нячыстым загадвае, і пакараюцца Яму?

And at once his fame spread everywhere throughout all the surrounding region of Galilee.

І зараз жа разыйшлася чутка пра Яго па ўсяму навакольлю Галілеі.

And immediately heg left the synagogue and entered the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.

І тут жа, выйшаўшы з сынагогі, прыйшлі (яны) у дом Сымона і Андрэя зь Якубам і Яанам.

Now Simon’s mother-in-law lay ill with a fever, and immediately they told him about her.

А цешча Сымона ляжала ў гарачцы, і адразу кажуць Яму пра яе.

And he came and took her by the hand and lifted her up, and the fever left her, and she began to serve them.

І, падыйшоўшы, (Ён) падняў яе, узяўшы за руку́ ейную; і зараз жа гарачка пакінула яе, і (яна) служыла ім.

That evening at sundown they brought to him all who were sick or oppressed by demons.

Калі настаў вечар, як зайшло сонца, прынесьлі да Яго ўсіх хворых і апанаваных дэманамі.

And the whole city was gathered together at the door.

І ўсё места было сабраным каля дзьвярэй.

And he healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons. And he would not permit the demons to speak, because they knew him.

І (Ён) аздаравіў многіх хворых, рознага роду немачных, і выгнаў многа дэманаў і ня дазваляў гаварыць дэманам, што ведаюць Яго.

And rising very early in the morning, while it was still dark, he departed and went out to a desolate place, and there he prayed.

А нараніцы, устаўшы на досьвітку, выйшаў і пайшоў у пустэльнае мейсца, і там маліўся.

And Simon and those who were with him searched for him,

І пайшлі за Ім Сымон і тыя, хто быў зь Ім.

and they found him and said to him, “Everyone is looking for you.”

І, знайшоўшы Яго, кажуць Яму: усе шукаюць Цябе.

And he said to them, “Let us go on to the next towns, that I may preach there also, for that is why I came out.”

І кажа ім: пойдзем у астатнія сёлы і месты, каб (Мне) і там навучаць: бо для гэтага (Я) прыйшоў.

And he went throughout all Galilee, preaching in their synagogues and casting out demons.

І (Ён) навучаў у сынагогах іхных па ўсёй Галілеі і выганяў дэманаў.

And a leperh came to him, imploring him, and kneeling said to him, “If you will, you can make me clean.”

І прыходзіць да Яго пракажоны, молячы Яго і падаючы перад Ім на калені і кажучы Яму: калі хо́чаш, можаш мяне ачысьціць.

Moved with pity, he stretched out his hand and touched him and said to him, “I will; be clean.”

А Ісус, зьлітаваўшыся, працягнуў Руку́, дакрануўся яго і кажа яму: хачу, будзь ачышчаны.

And immediately the leprosy left him, and he was made clean.

І калі Ён сказаў, праказа зараз жа сыйшла зь яго, і (ён) стаў ачышчаным.

And Jesusi sternly charged him and sent him away at once,

І строга папярэдзіўшы яго зараз жа адаслаў яго,

and said to him, “See that you say nothing to anyone, but go, show yourself to the priest and offer for your cleansing what Moses commanded, for a proof to them.”

і кажа яму: глядзі, нікому нічога ня кажы, але пайдзі пакажыся сьвятару і ахвяруй за ачышчэньне тваё, што загадаў Масей дзеля сьведчаньня ім.

But he went out and began to talk freely about it, and to spread the news, so that Jesus could no longer openly enter a town, but was out in desolate places, and people were coming to him from every quarter.

А ён выйшаўшы пачаў многа абвяшчаць і шырыць вестку, так што Ён больш ня мог адкрыта ўвайсьці ў места, але быў вонках у мясцох пустэльных; і прыходзілі да Яго адусюль.
