Затем Иисус взглянул, и наблюдая за тем, как богатые кладут свои дары в ящики для сбора пожертвований в Храме,

And he looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury.

увидел, как бедная вдова положила две мелкие монеты.

And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites.

Он сказал: "Говорю вам истину, эта бедная вдова положила больше, чем все остальные.

And he said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all:

Потому что они, богатые, внесли деньги, без которых легко могут обойтись; а она, бедная, отдала всё, на что жила".

For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had.

Когда кто-то стал говорить о Храме, о том, как прекрасны его каменная кладка и отделка, он сказал:

And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said,

"Наступает время, когда то, что вы видите, будет полностью разрушено — камня на камне не останется!"

As for these things which ye behold, the days will come, in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

Они спросили у него: "Раби, если так, когда же всё это случится? И какое знамение укажет на то, что это вскоре произойдёт?"

And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?

Он ответил: "Будьте осторожны! Не позволяйте себя обмануть! Потому что многие придут в моё имя, говоря: 'Это я!' и 'Время пришло!' Не идите за ними.

And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.

А когда услышите о войнах и восстаниях, не пугайтесь. Ибо всё это должно произойти прежде, но конец наступит ещё не скоро".

But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.

Затем он сказал им: "Народы начнут воевать между собой, страны будут сражаться друг с другом,

Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:

будут разрушительные землетрясения, в разных местах начнутся эпидемии и голод, будут ужасные явления и великие знамения с Небес.

And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

Но до того, как всё это случится, вас будут хватать и преследовать, отдавая в синагоги и бросая в тюрьмы; и приведут к царям и правителям. Всё это произойдёт из-за меня,

But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.

но это будет для вас возможностью свидетельствовать.

And it shall turn to you for a testimony.

Итак, твёрдо решите не тревожиться, и не обдумывайте заранее, как вам защищаться;

Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:

потому что я сам дам вам красноречие и мудрость, и ни один враг не сможет противиться вам и опровергнуть вас.

For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

Вас предадут даже родители, братья, друзья и близкие; некоторых из вас казнят;

And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.

и все будут ненавидеть вас из-за меня.

And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.

Но и волос не упадёт с вашей головы.

But there shall not an hair of your head perish.

Не отступайте, и этим вы спасёте свои жизни.

In your patience possess ye your souls.

Однако, когда вы увидите, что Иерусалим окружён войсками, знайте, что его вскоре разрушат.

And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.

Жители Иудеи пусть бегут в горы; те, кто будут в городе, пусть покинут его, а находящиеся за его пределами не должны входить в него.

Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.

Так как это дни мщения, и исполнится всё написанное в Писании.

For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.

Ужасным будет то время для беременных женщин и кормящих матерей! Ибо в стране будет великое бедствие и суд над народом.

But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.

Некоторые погибнут от острия меча, других уведут в страны языческие, а Иерусалим будут попирать язычники до тех пор, пока не подойдёт к концу эпоха язычников.

And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

Появятся знамения в солнце, луне и звёздах; а на земле народы будут тревожиться и недоумевать, услышав шум моря и увидев, как вздымаются волны,

And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

люди будут терять сознание от страха, думая о том, что ожидает мир; ибо силы на небесах сотрясутся . (Аггей 2:6)

Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

А затем они увидят Сына Человеческого, идущего в облаке с великой властью и силой. (Даниил 7:13-14)

And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

Когда всё это начнёт происходить, будьте мужественны и не опускайте голову; потому что вскоре вы будете освобождены!"

And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

Затем он рассказал им притчу: "Взгляните на смоковницу, да и на все деревья.

And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;

Как только они начинают распускаться, вы знаете, что лето близко.

When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.

Точно так же, когда вы увидите всё это происходящим, знайте, что Божье Царство близко!

So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.

Да! Говорю вам, что этот народ не исчезнет до тех пор, пока всё это не случится.

Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.

Небеса и земля перестанут существовать, но мои слова не перестанут.

Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

Однако следите за собой, иначе ваши сердца притупятся от объедения, пьянства и повседневных забот, и тот День настигнет вас внезапно, как западня!

And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

Ибо он сойдет на всех людей по всему миру, где бы они ни жили.

For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

Будьте бдительны, постоянно молясь о том, чтобы вам хватило сил избежать всего, что случится, и стоять в присутствии Сына Человеческого".

Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Иисус днём учил в Храме; а по ночам выходил оттуда и проводил время на горе, называемой Масличной.

And in the day time he was teaching in the temple; and at night he went out, and abode in the mount that is called the mount of Olives.

Весь народ вставал на рассвете и приходил во двор Храма слушать его.

And all the people came early in the morning to him in the temple, for to hear him.
