Псалом Давида. Прославь, душа моя, Господа; всё нутро мое, славь Его святое имя!

{A Psalm of David.} Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

Прославь, душа моя, Господа и не забудь добрые дела Его —

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

Того, Кто прощает всю вину твою и исцеляет все твои болезни;

Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

Кто избавляет от могилы[209] твою жизнь и венчает тебя милостью и щедротами;

Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

Кто наполняет твою жизнь благами, чтобы, подобно орлу, обновлялась твоя юность.

Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

Господь творит праведность и правосудие для всех угнетенных.

The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

Он показал Моисею пути Свои и сыновьям Израиля — дела Свои.

He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

Милостив и милосерден Господь, медленный на гнев и богат милостью.

The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

Он не беспрестанно упрекает и не вечно держит в Себе гнев.

He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

Не в соответствии с нашими грехами поступил Он с нами и не по нашим преступлениям воздал нам.

He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

Как небо высоко над землею, так велика Его милость к боящимся Его.

For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

Как далек восток от запада, так удалил Он от нас наши беззакония.

As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

Как отец жалеет своих детей, так Господь жалеет боящихся Его,

Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

ведь Он знает из чего мы состоим, помнит, что мы — прах.

For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

Дни человека — как трава; он цветет, как полевой цветок.

As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

Пройдет над ним ветер, и нет его, и никто не узнает места, где он был.

For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.

Милость же Господа извечна и навсегда над боящимися Его,

But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;

и Его праведность — к сыновьям сыновей их, к берегущим Его завет и к помнящим Его наставления, чтобы исполнять их.

To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

Господь в небесах поставил Свой престол, и власть Его простирается над всем.

The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

Прославьте Господа, ангелы Его, великие силой, исполняющие Его повеления и повинующиеся Его слову.

Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

Прославьте Господа, все Его воинства, Его служители, исполняющие Его волю.

Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

Прославьте Господа, все дела Его во всех местах Его правления. Прославь, душа моя, Господа.

Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.
