Иисус сказал ученикам: — Человеку выпадают случаи оступиться, но горе тому, кто толкает человека на это!

Then He said to the disciples, “It is impossible that no [a]offenses should come, but woe to him through whom they do come!

Лучше быть ему брошенным в море с камнем на шее, чем склонить одного из этих меньших к греху.

It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, than that he should [b]offend one of these little ones.

Так что остерегайтесь!Если брат твой грешит, упрекни его, и если он раскается, его надо простить.

Take heed to yourselves. If your brother sins [c]against you, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.

Даже если он обидит тебя семь раз за день и семь раз вернётся со словами «прости меня», — прости ему.

And if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day returns [d]to you, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.”

Апостолы попросили Господа: — Прибавь нам веры!

And the apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith.”

Он ответил: — Будь у вас веры с горчичное зернышко, вы могли бы приказать этой шелковице прямо с корнями перенестись в море и она бы исполнила ваш приказ.

So the Lord said, “If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.

Кто из вас, имея раба, который пашет или пасет овец, скажет ему, когда тот вернется с поля: «Скорее садись есть!»

And which of you, having a servant plowing or tending sheep, will say to him when he has come in from the field, ‘Come at once and sit down to eat’?

Наоборот, хозяин скажет ему: «Приготовь мне поесть, подпояшься и прислуживай мне, а после можешь поесть сам».

But will he not rather say to him, ‘Prepare something for my supper, and gird yourself and serve me till I have eaten and drunk, and afterward you will eat and drink’?

Едва ли хозяин будет благодарить раба за то, что тот выполнил его приказ.

Does he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded [e]him? I think not.

Так и вы, исполнив то, что вам было приказано, скажите: «Мы недостойные рабы. Мы лишь выполнили то, что были обязаны выполнить».

So likewise you, when you have done all those things which you are commanded, say, ‘We are unprofitable servants. We have done what was our duty to do.’ ”

Направляясь в Иерусалим, Он проходил по Самарии и Галилее.

Now it happened as He went to Jerusalem that He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

В какой-то деревне встретились ему десять прокаженных. Стоя на должном расстоянии,

Then as He entered a certain village, there met Him ten men who were lepers, who stood afar off.

они закричали: — Иисус, учитель, смилуйся над нами!

And they lifted up their voices and said, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”

Взглянув на них, Он сказал: — Идите, пусть вас осмотрят священники. И по дороге они вдруг очистились от проказы.

So when He saw them, He said to them, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And so it was that as they went, they were cleansed.

Один из них, увидев, что исцелён, пошел обратно, громко вознося хвалу Богу.

And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, and with a loud voice glorified God,

Со словами благодарности он пал в ноги Иисусу; это был самаритянин.

and fell down on his face at His feet, giving Him thanks. And he was a Samaritan.

Иисус спросил: — Разве не все десять больных исцелились? Где же остальные девять?

So Jesus answered and said, “Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine?

Неужели кроме этого инородца никто не вернулся, чтобы воздать хвалу Богу?

Were there not any found who returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?”

А самаритянину Он сказал: — Вставай и иди. Вера спасла тебя.

And He said to him, “Arise, go your way. Your faith has made you well.”

На вопрос фарисеев, когда придет Царство Божье, Он ответил: — Царство Божье придёт незаметно.

Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation;

Про него не скажут «оно здесь» или «оно там». Царство Божье — внутри вас.

nor will they say, [f]‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is [g]within you.”

Он сказал ученикам: — Придет время, когда вы захотите увидеть хотя бы один из дней Сына Человеческого, но не увидите.

Then He said to the disciples, “The days will come when you will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it.

Вам будут говорить «Он там» или «Он здесь», но не спешите туда бежать.

And they will say to you, [h]‘Look here!’ or ‘Look there!’ Do not go after them or follow them.

Ибо как молния, что, сверкнув, озаряет все небо от края до края, таким будет Сын Человеческий в день Его прихода.

For as the lightning that flashes out of one part under heaven shines to the other part under heaven, so also the Son of Man will be in His day.

Но сначала Ему предстоит много страдать и быть отвергнутым этим поколением.

But first He must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.

Что было при Ное, то будет и при Сыне Человеческом.

And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man:

Тогда все ели, пили, женились и выходили замуж, пока Ной не вошел в ковчег и не настал потоп, их всех истребивший.

They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.

Так было и при Лоте: люди ели и пили, покупали и продавали, сажали и строили,

Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built;

но когда Лот покинул Содом, их истребил огонь с серой, излившийся с неба.

but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all.

Так будет и в день, когда явится Сын Человеческий.

Even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed.

В тот день находящийся на крыше своего дома пусть не спускается вниз за вещами, находящийся в поле пусть не возвращается назад.

“In that day, he who is on the housetop, and his [i]goods are in the house, let him not come down to take them away. And likewise the one who is in the field, let him not turn back.

Помните о жене Лота!

Remember Lot’s wife.

Кто хочет сохранить свою жизнь, тот потеряет её, а кто потеряет её, тот будет жив.

Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it.

Говорю вам, в ту ночь из двоих, спящих в одной постели, один будет взят, а другой оставлен.

I tell you, in that night there will be two [j]men in one bed: the one will be taken and the other will be left.

Из двух женщин, вместе мелющих зерно, одну возьмут, а другую оставят.

Two women will be grinding together: the one will be taken and the other left.

[k]Two men will be in the field: the one will be taken and the other left.”

Ученики спросили: — Где это будет, Господин наш? Он ответил: — Где труп, там и стервятники соберутся.

And they answered and said to Him, “Where, Lord?” So He said to them, “Wherever the body is, there the eagles will be gathered together.”
