And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.

Когда Иисус выходил из храма, к Нему подошли ученики, чтобы показать Ему храмовые строения.

And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

А Он ответил им:— Посмотрите на всё это: аминь говорю вам, что камня на камне здесь не останется, всё будет разрушено.

And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

Когда Он сел на склоне Елеонской горы, к нему отдельно подошли ученики и спросили:— Скажи нам, когда это произойдет? Какой будет знак, что приблизилось Твое пришествие и конец света?

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

Иисус сказал им в ответ:— Смотрите, чтобы кто не ввел вас в заблуждение!

For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

Многие придут под Моим именем, скажут: «я Христос!» — и многих обманут.

And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

Дойдут до вас известия и всякие слухи про войны, смотрите, тогда не ужасайтесь — это должно произойти, но это еще не конец.

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

Один народ поднимется против другого и одно царство против другого, будут в разных местах землетрясения и будет голод —

All these are the beginning of sorrows.

так начнутся родовые муки.

Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

И вас тогда поведут на казнь, будут вас убивать, и все народы будут вас ненавидеть за Мое имя.

And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

Многие тогда поддадутся соблазну, станут друг друга убивать и друг друга ненавидеть.

And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

Много появится ложных пророков, многих они введут в заблуждение,

And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

беззаконие будет тогда распространяться, и потому во многих остынет любовь.

But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Но кто устоит до конца — будет спасен.

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Но сначала это Евангелие Царства должно быть провозглашено по всей вселенной во свидетельство всем народам, и лишь затем настанет конец.

When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

Так что как только увидите, как, по предсказанию пророка Даниила, водворилась во святом месте «ничтожная мерзость» (кто читает, пусть поймет!)

Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

— тогда те, кто окажется в Иудее, пусть бегут в горы.

Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:

Кто на крыше дома — не спускайся взять вещи,

Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.

кто в поле — не возвращайся за своим плащом.

And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

Горе тем женщинам, кто будет в те дни ждать ребенка или кормить грудью!

But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:

Молитесь, чтобы ваше бегство случилось не зимой и не в субботу!

For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

Будет тогда великое горе, какого не бывало со дня творения мира и доселе, и впредь не будет.

And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

Если не сократились те дни, не спаслось бы ничто живое, но ради избранных те дни сократятся.

Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.

А если кто вам скажет: «Вот здесь Христос», или «Он вон там» — не верьте!

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Ведь появится много якобы христов и якобы пророков, они произведут знамения и покажут чудеса, чтобы сбить с пути избранных, если удастся.

Behold, I have told you before.

Итак, Я вас предупредил!

Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

Если скажут вам: «Вот Он, в пустыне» — не ходите туда. Или «вот он, в потайном месте» — не верьте.

For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Словно молния, что сверкнет на востоке и всё озарит до западного края — таким будет и пришествие Сына Человеческого.

For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

А где есть труп, там соберутся орлы.

Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

И после горьких тех дней солнце затмится, и луна не даст больше света и звезды падут с небес, поколеблются силы небесные!

And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Тогда и явится на небе знамение Сына Человеческого, зарыдают все земные племена и увидят Сына Человеческого, грядущего на облаках небесных со многой силой и славой.

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

И пошлет Он ангелов Своих под могучий трубный звук собрать избранников Его от четырех ветров, от края и до края небес.

Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:

Пусть примером вам послужит смоковница: когда пускает она нежные побеги и распускаются листья, вы знаете, что близко лето.

So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

Так и вы: когда увидите, что всё это начало сбываться, знайте, что Он уже при дверях.

Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

Аминь говорю вам: еще на веку этого поколения всё это сбудется.

Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Небо и земля исчезнут, а слова Мои не прозвучат напрасно.

But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

А о точном дне и часе не знает никто: ни ангелы на небе, ни Сын — только один Отец.

But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Как было во дни Ноя, так будет и при пришествии Сына Человеческого.

For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

В те дни, перед потопом, пировали и выпивали, женились и выходили замуж до того самого дня, когда вошел Ной в ковчег.

And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Ничего они не понимали, как вдруг нахлынул потоп и всех погубил — таким будет и пришествие Сына Человеческого.

Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Будут тогда в поле двое: одного возьмут, а другого оставят.

Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Будут две молоть на мельнице: одну возьмут, а другую оставят.

Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

Будьте же начеку, ведь вы не знаете, в какой день придет ваш господин.

But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

А знаете вы вот что: если бы хозяин дома знал, в какой час ночи явится вор, он бы был начеку и не позволил тому проникнуть в дом.

Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

Так что и вы будьте готовы, Сын Человеческий придет в неожиданный для вас час.

Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

Какой раб окажется верным и разумным? Господин поставил его над всем своим хозяйством, чтобы он вовремя выдавал всем пропитание.

Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

Благо тому рабу, если господин, придя, обнаружит, что так он и поступал.

Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

Аминь говорю вам, что господин поручит ему управлять всем своим имуществом.

But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;

Или тот раб окажется негодным и скажет сам себе: «мой господин задерживается», —

And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;

и начнет избивать других рабов, а сам станет есть и пить с пьяницами?

The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,

Но господин того раба вернется в день, которого тот не ждет, и в час, о котором не догадывается,

And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

и тогда разорвет его, подвергнет одной участи с лицемерами. И будут там рыдать и скрежетать зубами.
